  • I think there is substantial research that clearly presents the problem of women in leadership roles across industries.

  • So this person believes that our entire countries business leaders are so sexist that they are all willing to spend more for an employee that does nothing more than an = cheaper one? The reason we see these things happening are a result of things like equal rights where firing or paying a women less can lead to a lawsuit. If I was interviewing 2 = people, and the difference between the 2 was only sex, why on earth would I hire the woman who brings along with her the huge risk of loss via lawsuit

  • Would a presumption of discrimination against women in society encourage managers to give procedural fairness in order to offset that discrimination?
