I think there is substantial research that clearly presents the problem of women in leadership roles across industries.

So this person believes that our entire countries business leaders are so sexist that they are all willing to spend more for an employee that does nothing more than an = cheaper one? The reason we see these things happening are a result of things like equal rights where firing or paying a women less can lead to a lawsuit. If I was interviewing 2 = people, and the difference between the 2 was only sex, why on earth would I hire the woman who brings along with her the huge risk of loss via lawsuit

Would a presumption of discrimination against women in society encourage managers to give procedural fairness in order to offset that discrimination?
