I, in fact, do just that: home row is the most obvious way of playing Doubles in Stepmania. After all, we ARE using our fingers: why just limit ourselves to Single play? Although, admittedly, I suck terribly at Doubles.
There is no possible way that anyone can do that with their feet, you would need about 4 of them for the double up hold and the extra arrows that appear with them. Until theres video proof of someone dancing this, Its not do able.
It's a 15 footer and it's not impossible because I passed this with an A. I'll think about recording this later on.
