  • I really like how this plan considers the hydrological impacts of urbanization. It protects important headwaters like Cooper Mountain. It protects floodplains like those huge areas south of Cornelius. It protects confluences like the Dairy-McKay-Council Creeks confluence. Good use of the Rural Reserves designation to protect us from costly land use mistakes.

  • This plan actually follows the Oregon Administrative Rules for determining urban & rural reserves.
