I remember this commercial, and that year for christmas my uncle got me a gamecube, I mean, I later traded it in for a ps2 (b/c of gta3), but thats besides the point. Then later, trade that ps2 in for an xbox (and currently only own a 360), but I think the commercial cought my eye when I was younger.

Nintendo needs to find its roots again. I'm a huge nintendo fan, however. Wii is my least favorite systems(I'm being honest). I played the mario games and zelda games, but to be honest, i cant keep playing mario galaxy over and over again. or Twilight princess.

@ZoMBieAtBeST i agree with you, i've been a huge nintendo fan since i was a kid, but the wii is so disappointing. played super mario galaxy but it didnt capture me like the n64 version. and twilight princess was no match for ocarina of time. mario kart is a good game but i they should make more courses. Bully is a good game but i never managed to finish it. goldeneye would be ok if the controls didnt suck so much. and finally, the graphics on wii are just pathetic for nowadays.

GameCube got all the multi-platform games cause it was actually more powerful than the PS2 and slightly behind the Xbox. The GameCube was middle ground powerful, and it was aimed at great gaming great graphics. Now days, Nintendo is cheap bastards and don't make powerful hardware Wii, omfg, weak!
