Thank you! My son's doctor gave him one of these today without saying anything about the cap's removal "loading" the dose. He actually told us to just "twist the bottom." Without this, my son would have been totally doing it incorrectly; and, in fact, had two doses today because of the cap-removal load.
@HollywoodKendrick This is my first time using this inhaler, and I was wondering the same thing. With my albuterol, I actually feel the powder, but I didn't feel anything with this (don't know if that's good or bad).
I did this a year ago, and I swear I was getting a double dose..........
