how do u make your back ground in maya so blue?
I'm just asking because it is so peaceful to look at a nice bluish color rather than a dark grey color.

maybe... go to Windows/Settings&Preferences/Color Settings. And if you screw it up then you can always reset settings by default.

off the top of my head, either ctr B or alt b, cant remember exactly, and i dont have my maya open....

@tango5002 go to Window > Settings/Preference > Preferences then select Display, then tick the option to enable background gradient.
This option is only in Maya '08 and higher i do believe..
