The music from the PC-88 version of Snatcher is way better that the music from the MSX version of Snatcher...The PC-88 music is almost same as the music from PC Engine CD/Sega CD version of Snatcher.

Keep in mind the 3RD chapter WAS going to be in the PC-88/MSX versions, but Konami had to be a dick and forced Hideo to publish the game because he was behind scedule.

i bet that if the Beyond Sorrows theme was in the Sega CD version, it'd sound like the PC-88 version with a slight speedup.

If it was they'd probably used the arrangement from the PC Engine version which was good in it's own way but it sounded way too upbeat for the scene.

@HannesHansen Considering that the game doesn't end there in the PCE port (or on such a dark note), i'd say the slightly more upbeat tune is appropriate in a odd way.

they find our randam is a snatcher made by elaija then gillian kills elijah and heads off with jamie to bomb the shit out of russia only difference is metal gears new body is an msx not a sega cd

For the PC-88 version? Nope there isn't. The only system with english versions of Snatcher is the MSX2 and SegaCD.

Could you maybe upload it in two parts then? I have the ending theme from the OST but it doesn't sound as good as it does in game, and it's a lot shorter.

I think the PC88 music actually sounds better than the music from the PCE version. (Except the CD tracks.) It's even better without those annoying bleeping sounds while they're speaking. You can turn them off with caps lock.

Yep. Afaik, the PC-8801 and MSX2 are the only versions with this ending.
