Is it just me, or does it annoy you when the shrink wrap sticks to the side of the case and when you peel it off it leaves marks all down the side of the case. I hate that.
@EstherIsReally33 It is not just you. I can't stand it when it sticks to the spine or side of the case. I can never get it all off. It doesn't happen all the time, but still. It bugs the hell out of me lol.
damn right... ive actually had people come up to me in the store and say things like "theyre all the same you know!" because i had a handful of the same movie and i was looking them all over. its funny how the average person wouldnt give a shit (ive actually heard of people throwing away slips!) but to us its a huge deal. i feel a little better now. i was starting to believe it was just me and i had serious issues. now i know im not alone....haha.
@41down That happens to me all the time. I am at the point now where I just don't care anymore. I see people all the time and they just walk up, grab the movie, and go cash out. Hahaha no one cares. Yea I will go out of my way just to find a movie I want with a slipcover. I love my slipcovers! I hear you man. You are for sure not alone lol.
hey man, dont feel weird about buying the same movie twice. i have a similar addiction...haha. i like both slipcovers but the red one gets my vote...i actually grabbed 2 of the target exclusives. i heard there was only one printing of them and once theyre gone, theyre gone. so down the road it may be worth a bit of money. i recently sold my best buy exclusive of zombieland for $90 so you never know... ;-)
@41down Haha yea I just get irritated when my friends have to say stuff like "you need serious help". I know they are joking but still you know? This is what I love to do. You are totally correct. Once they are gone, that's it. Yea the red one gets my vote as well. I have done the same thing with Avatar and Inception. All of the special editions. Wow $90 is great. Yea you never know :)
@themovieguy0 yeah my girlfriend always tell me i need help lol. i also have to inspect the slipcovers/casing when i buy any blu-rays to make sure theyre the best condition available in the store. ive recently come to the conclusion that no matter how good you check it over, there will always be that SLIGHT imperfection and finding the perfect condition slip is impossible. im finally starting to accept that.
@41down We are exactly the same lmao. Whenever I buy a Blu-ray, I always pick up a bunch of them and go though them making sure there are no dents, scratches....etc. Yea when I got Black Swan, they all had scratches at Best Buy. I did find one with the front cover clean but a small scratch on the back. So I went with that. That is very true. There will always be something wrong. Very minor though. We take this seriously!!
@ryan57361 Thanks. Yea I think I like the red one more now. It just looks good! It would be cool though if they had the white one and came out with a black one too.
Is this Target exclusive still available at Target?
