Works very well, but I noticed that if you exit minecraft and reenter, the redstone wires are inactive for ~7 seconds and it starts firing after that time instead of immediately after reloging. Any way to fix that?

its really easy all you have to do is let 1 block with nothing on it between the redstone that goes out of the pulser and the dispenser :) i didnt know at the time i made this video and the thing you described happened when i was actually recording

@darknessorb Yeah... it bounces back .01 every second... so after a while the numbers add up. Therefore, once it exceeds 1 it stops. (0.01+0.01+0.01 ...)

I did this differently i hooked up a Rapid Pulse With A 5 Peat Clock and It Seemed to Shoot like a 5 or 4 round burst thing with arrows :P

i posted the first comment a bit to hastely. i didnt think of that the dispenser checks for signal when it turns off aswell and then there is the constant signal. you might say that it shoots at random because the pulse itself is very irregular.

im not sure to understand what you are asking but I edited my inventory to have a lot of eggs, then i put them in the dispenser and when the eggs break they have a chance to make appear a chicken

This doesn't work anymore as the rapid clock burns out the torches. You have to use an actual clock.

As the time between when you build it and when you plan to be checking up on it grows, the chance that it will fail in that time approaches 1. Even if it hasn't happened to you if you watch it for a bit you will see burnout is semi-random.

On an SMP server you should make a cake and put it on a pedestal in a small room. Then surround the pedestal with Arrow Dispensors, hidden by lava fall. Place a pressure plate in front of the cake, and connect it to the arrow dispensors, and voila - a trap for the greedy.

Sadly, I can't make cake as the current SMP server I play on is a Winter biome type world, so theres no sugar canes. I might try it with diamond though.

I already know kiershar for all his cannons and redstone stuff and, yes, it may be disgusting, but it was made in approximatly 3 minutes and I'm sure it gave some ideas to people to make some more awesome and complex stuff. Hey, I found out that if you remove the redstone closest to the block (The redstone attached to the clock) It will not fire while idle, not wasting stuff, this works for any side of the dispenser if it is 1 block away, it will also work on the closest diagonal side.

@0987654a5 It's programmed into the game, Clocks at certain fire rates will overheat basically and die, to fix this problem, use your design, or a 5 O'clock design. Destroying it doesn't do anything!
