Why do you think so many G1 characters at the start of season 2 were added without a story. Almost all of them come out of nowhere. And there are too damn many. The problem is they are trying to Copy JAPANESE style not American, same as Teen Titans, which has a Japanese theme tune on some episodes. Infact I think this is animated in Japan but i could be wrong.

And it seems that those four people are the only ones that aren't biased toward this series. emoxfluffy has a great point, I'd like to see you try coming up with a series and then have people bash you. Explain why it is shit other than saying "It isn't G1." You never had and most likely never will. Sure G1 was the best, but all the series, including G1, had its good and bad points.

I love /anything/ Transformers. Old, new, I don't care. It at least takes me away from Hannah Montanna, or Lizzy McGuire or That's So Raven. I personally don't care if they were drawing stick figures, I'd still watch it.
If you want them all fat and gluttonous draw up a series yourself and see how hard it is with all these people being at their harshest point to the series. It isn't easy you know.

When G1 was made, it was NEVER intended to attract older teens and adults. It's purpose was to get little kids to watch and buy their products. They don't make shows to ALWAYS please fanboys.
