I like to ice fish and I also run an HF station from my fish house. Over the years, I have set up various 30-foot high dipoles which work fine but take quite awhile to install which isn't much fun in the winter in Minnesota. Recently, I purchased a TW2010L Backpacker. The results have been absolutley amazing from my station on the ice. Running 50 to 100 watts, I have worked hundreds of stations getting many 5-9 reports. Buy one of these and you won't be sorry! WØAAA
I have two of these, the TW2010 and the TW4040. There are CCRs where I live and I can;t have any visible antennas. These fit the bill and they perform like a big antenna. This past Monday night running 600 watts, I was told by every station in Europe that I was the strongest signal coming in from the states. 59+10. Can't beat that
Good thing you started to put it away - I think the tide is coming in... I'm debating getting one of these. It looks simple and quick. Thanks for the demo.

I'm thinking about getting one. It would be great to see another video with the antenna in operation 73 KB1RXA

FANTASTIC antenna! Great portable solution and/or for 'antenna restrictive' condos, etc.!
