I like this game a lot. Yeah, it can get a bit repetitive but I think it's great that the creators were brave enough to try something different. Sands of Time trilogy is over. This is a totally new game which obviously has caused a lot of different opinions. I myself like it because of its fresh new approach.

look, in my view it was the best of 2008, what else was good.

it's not a bad game, it's interesting, so what if original prince of persia fans dont like the new one, this game is aimed at a new breed of prince of persia fans, you knew what it looked and played like before it was released, next you are going to say you liked the biggest failure of 2008 being tna impact.

this is aimed at bringing in new fans, if the old ones dont like it then throw your gauntlet down and pick up the trilogy.

i heard of gears of war but didn't like the 1st one so i didn't even get the second, fable 2 wasn't as good as i thought it would be, left 4 dead was good but i dont like first person shooters.

i know games, i know if the first is bad then they wont make a sequel, fifa has had 12sequels, svr has had 9 sequels, prince of persia has had 5 sequels, need for speed has had 7 sequels.

i love challenges, although you couldn't die in this one it was still challenging, finding light seeds timing jumps right, and attacking your opponent the right way just enough to make sure that they dont deflect your attack and strike back.

its good, if you dont like it dont play it.

It was where it belonged in the trilogy. In the middle. WW squandered almost all the charm that the first SoT game began for the sake of appealing to a more casual audience. lulz. I agree with you, though. They finally managed to bring what Prince of Persia was ALWAYS about to the next-gen. Sands of Time was a nice trilogy, but it lost the aim of the original three games, which was a mythical tale of an agile Prince who saves the day. PoP's always been about the fantasy tales, and the platforming, and the puzzles. It's never been about the gore, so I'm glad the WW and TTT trilogy is over.
