This Partridge house is still there and recognized it in a recent commercial. Its on the Universal set....next door is " Tony & Jeannie", down the street is "Samantha & Darren". Another home on the same street is "Gidget". A later home built was "Sgt. Murtog (I'm sure I misspelled it) from Leathal Weapon and used in plenty of commercials and tv shows. It sits between Jeannie and Samantha's houses.

The song playing on the Victrola is the same background music that played in the episode where the PF did the fried chicken commercial.
