Just an observation. The strobes seem only to be visible from the front. With the pilot's head so far back, the nose of the velomobile really needs a sideways visible strobe. So that when you're emerging from behind an obstacle, you can emerge safely using the 'creep and peep' method.
I can understand that. My choice, though, was based on two things. First, I could fit in this one! Then, I prefer a higher profile so that I can be seen! Subjective and a judgement call.

Soap box derby wheels? I think the body is too high off the ground. I'd prefer it lower and more streamlined.
