This would have aired probably around late 1988. I remember seeing this ad as well. I was 15 years old at the time. I never called this number due to the fact that my father would have killed me but I was sure curious what I would have heard had I called it.
the usual fluff... freddy in his most "scary" voice... yadda, yadda, yadda. it wasn't him (even though "lucky callers get to talk to him live".) i was never that lucky caller. lol.
I have a mad urge to watch my Nightmare On Elm Street movie set DVD's now. XD
