@are711 If you still did't fix it then try this....... Go to____C:\Windows\System32\oobe­\info\backgrounds and there should be a background of your current logon screen......Just in case copy it to another folder but don't move it yet. Copy the name of that image and paste the name to another Jpeg image and then take that new image and replace your current one. After this you should be able to use the tweaks logon to change the background to any image you want.
