make sure the action replay is firmly in

it is a little wobbly on mine just hold it in place while it loads the game then do whatever

It works for me. You warp straight to this level.

Hint:The second letter for all those codes is "2" and don't be fooled by the long list of codes, every even line is:

"D2000000 00000000"
