However, add up all the innocents who've been kidnapped by Islamists, blown up in suicide attacks etc and then compare that to the numbers of civilians killed in the Iraq and Afghan conflicts by our troops (accidental or not). The question would have to be do we continue in a "peacekeeping" capacity (I use that term very loosely) or do we just say, "let them get on with it". Why? Islam is at a younger stage in its life cycle, it's growing faster. The fundamentalists (and fundamentals) in Islam are more extreme. Muslims in general are pious. Other religions don't have Sharia (Islamic law) which a lot of Muslims want to impose in Western countries.
All religions aren't equal. Islam is more of a threat than others.

There are quite a few in Europe, and even more if you count Latin America as Western which you should. In some places the age of consent is as low as 12, the average is about 16, 18 is honestly too high and higher than average, though personally I don't feel anyone younger than 22 or so should be getting married.

However, add up all the innocents who've been kidnapped by Islamists, blown up in suicide attacks etc and then compare that to the numbers of civilians killed in the Iraq and Afghan conflicts by our troops (accidental or not). I just see a whole lot of murder on all sides. And we never deliberately kill civilians? A quick search online will find clips that prove that is false.

The question would have to be do we continue in a "peacekeeping" capacity (I use that term very loosely) or do we just say, "let them get on with it". Africa and Asia are still supremely unstable areas of the world and Islam is behind the majority of the Chaos and oppression.

Why? Islam is at a younger stage in its life cycle, it's growing faster. The fundamentalists (and fundamentals) in Islam are more extreme. Muslims in general are pious. Other religions don't have Sharia (Islamic law) which a lot of Muslims want to impose in Western countries.
All religions aren't equal. Islam is more of a threat than others.

No nation in the whole world should fear that they may be ruled by Islam when they don't want to
because you will only be ruled by Islam if most of the population in that country wants to be

This is a film that people are dumb enough to believe is true? Is there any actual proof that all of this happened? Sure there are asian people in the pictures but how do u know that they are actually muslims? Fine there are a few extremists but are you really going to base such a wonderful religion on those few like are shown in this video? @mehendifier I live in a Muslim country. The men here have NO respect for women. They call them bitches all the time. They have girlfriends. They see prostitutes. It is common. And most of them want to have multiple wives who they will treat as their property and cheat on with other girlfriends and prostitutes. Women should be respected as the full equals of men, and both men and women should be free to do with their bodies as they choose.

@skapijos which comment are you referencing? about marrying/age of consent laws in Western countries? Look it up yourself. There are quite a few in Europe, and even more if you count Latin America as Western which you should. In some places the age of consent is as low as 12, the average is about 16, 18 is honestly too high and higher than average, though personally I don't feel anyone younger than 22 or so should be getting married.

@skapijos and actually the average age of consent in the USA is also around 16, because it varies from state to state. The federal law of 18 only kicks in if you are crossing state lines or leaving the country.

@JermeisterHD I don't know about that, 15 is accepted as adulthood in many different countries and cultures. But it is still sick that Islam treats women as property of men. and why did you pick out 15? Girls as young as 8 or 9 get married to very old men here in Saudi Arabia, and when people try to outlaw this practice they are criticized for being un-Islamic and agents of Western influence, and no law is passed.

@JermeisterHD 15 is above the age of consent and/or the legal marrying age in many countries in the Western world, and the particular science you are referring to is hardly scientific. Or at least the conclusions people draw based on it aren't. Have sex with Islam all you like... it's 1400 years old and well above the age of consent.

Furthermore, are you suggesting that God changed his mind? Can the morality of God change? If Muhammad was the perfect example for all mankind, then his actions and morality should be good for all time, not just for the time in which he lived. Muslims use this argument to defend child rape/marriage TODAY, not 1400 years ago.

@farz0106 these lines are not purported to be the perfect words of God, revealed to his messenger to be delivered to mankind as instructions for every aspect of their lives. They are lines from plays or stories. Pretty big difference.
The Qu'ran is not about telling a story, at least not most of it, it is about telling people how to live their lives. The verses about killing the infidels are not there for entertainment.
