  • Lol don't even mention mj and Kobe in same phrase

  • I immediately think of this video after watching this shot by MJ.

    watch?v=CP8Dmjk9rWE

  • what is the name of the song tht they play in the beginning

  • @VitaminDee101 Staring At The World Through My Rearview by the late great Tupac Shakur

  • I'm a Utah fan, and I remember seeing that shot live and thinking.

    "Haha theres no wa-...:-("

  • hes using no spread

  • nice vid mj is awsome

  • But does he have the Golden Voice??

  • that my friend...is aimbot

  • my friend was telling me how kobe was reaching michael jordans level and crazy stuff like that then i told him there's no comparison at all. then this kid hears us and gets in it on how michael is on another planet and a whole group of people started calling him stupid for even using kobe in the same sentence as michael. for me thats enough proof that michaels the greatest of all time

  • @gunsnroses1ful kobe is the closest thing to jordan if not better

  • @rstoyboy72 Comparing Kobe to MJ only shows your age. You have to be 18 years old and never got to see Jordan play. 18 or mentally challenged. Either way, I feel bad for you. There is a reason why even the players themselves that never got a ring BECAUSE of him still admit that he is the greatest of all time.

  • @rstoyboy72 taffykill is right.you haven't seen mj play i know kobe is a great player but saying that kobe is better than him is a fiction young man...

  • That one was pretty cool, but go to this video: watch?v=TuryGoKXT-Q&feature=related

and fast forward to 2:36. It's better cuz it was in a finals game and was at an angle.

  • D wills was better

  • @Leezo2k10 what are you smokin?

  • I'm 14 and i'm like a really big fan of him he's my favorite player of all time i'm just stating even kids these days are familiar with jordan. and by the way you can tell that was skill ;)

  • @jaelen30

Great to hear it from a kid nowadays. I advice you to search youtube for the highlights of his carreer and be stunned

  • @MrKingElvis haha trust me i seen most of his highlights and very stunned!

  • fuck kobe jordan is legend 4ever!!!

  • MICHAEL JORDAN MY MAN

  • J O R D A N = L E G E N D

  • 5 people are kobe fans

  • Why do we have GOAT arguments? This shot pretty much sums up Jordans career.

  • Lol js Kobe and Lebron playoffs both hit halfcourts just like this in the form of shooting. So this isnt really impressing me.

  • Jordans jump shot were higher than kobes dunks. Kobe pump fakes cuz he can't jump nomore.

  • this is so crazy. this buzzer beater look like a normal shot. amazing

  • LBJ had a similiar one this season. Impressive

  • SWISH!

  • MJ = the greatest ever

  • come on, greatest buzzer beater in NBA history? this wasn't even the 4th q or OT buzzer. If its beating the 1st, 2nd or 3rd quarter buzzers, don't bother calling it a buzzer beater cuz its really not that relevant to earn that title. It is Jordan and its a great shot but come on buzzer beater implies that it significantly impacted the game's outcome. This did not.

  • @billny33 buzzer beater means that he beat the buzzer..... why wouldnt you call it a buzzer beater.... stupid ass

  • @TheHeReTiiK right but we all know that the connotation of buzzer beater is that it is a hugely clutch shot that won a game, forced overtime or at least appeared to do one of those, its the reason people get excited to see them and find them on youtube. There's always a disappointment when its a 1st, 2nd or 3rd q ending and none of those can be considered great because they arent clutch...even if it is MJ who is the greatest, lets be real here. All of his 28 game winners matter more than this.

  • lebron's 80 foot one was better

  • @markansas101 the title is "Michael Jordan greatest buzzer beater in NBA history"

  • @markansas101 nice to see a lebron dick rider around here.

  • This is pretty good. Not the best though. I still say the best is Jerry West's half court shot at the buzzer to send the game into overtime. But this shot is still win.

  • just halftime

  • Thats further then Downtown thats like fucking China town

  • The best buzzers are game-winners. This is a great buzzer beater but not the best by a long shot.. pun intended.

  • Um lebron did this before lol lots of times actually, so best in nba history? no.

  • @tyakack I don't see Lebron with 6 championship rings, a PPG average that rivals the great Wilt Chamberlain and an even higher one in the playoffs, a nearly unstoppable fadeaway, and 2nd all time in steals amongst other things. You're just plain ignorant.

  • @darkink0218 I posted that last comment just to piss off jordan fanboys and lebron haters, i dont even like lebron, but im not a hater!!! people hate on lebron so much so i stick up for him sometimes.

  • @tyakack he didn't do it it in a jump shot form from half court.

  • Straight Outta Chi-Town :)

  • wow amazing thats altemently beast no one can top that

  • hmmm i dont know...kobe's buzzer beater vs. the heat might be better...just because of the degree of difficulty of that shot and having d-wade all over him and because it was a GAME-WINNER, not a quarter ender or something like this

  • "OH MY CHAEL JORDAN!!"

  • Wow amazing!!!!

  • this aint lucky shot like harris for example...not many people can do that

  • loool thats not the greatest buzzer beater in nba history , narrow minded jordan fan .

  • it doesnt... notice how the numbers turn red @ 0:52 after he released the shot

  • @thequackzi: How could it be 00.0 when the clock was still moving when he released the ball. Watch it again. LOL.

  • hot diggity dayummn

  • The thing that always impressed me about these types of half court/really long distance shots by MJ was the fact that he still SHOT the ball. He didn't just chuck it up, or sling it with all his might. It was still a JUMP SHOT with correct form! Just shows MJ's upper body strength.

  • @Intramorph except shooting comes from your legs

  • @Intramorph it isn't just strength its technique... I have done some half court shots myself. Trust me, it's not the strength that decide. It's really still all in the flick of the risk and the arm direction... the legs is just to have you balanced...

  • @Intramorph

Yeah, Jordan was incredibly strong for his size. The guy was skinny and out muscled guys that were 20-30 pounds heavier than he was. The guy was a freak of nature, when I saw him play it was like watching a missle going up and down the court, he was fast and never seemed to get tired in his prime.

  • @Intramorph Lebron does this a lot as well. He rarely just chucks it up, and always maintains his forms even for half-court buzzer beaters. By the way i am not trying to start a debate about which player is better, just thought it was worth pointing out...

  • @Intramorph lol everybody knows the distance of the shot comes from the legs and how high you jump

  • @Intramorph Both Lebron and D-Rose have hit half court shots like this recently Alot of players in the NBA can do this, Not knockin MJ though hes still the G.O.A.T

  • @Intramorph it is more lower body strenght bro.Strenght of jumpshot comes from legs

  • @Intramorph jst lyk shannon brown

  • MJ's jumpshot is a work of art.

  • just the best

  • damn I miss seeing #23 in red!!!!!!

  • I've never seen this before.. Nice.

  • I CAN DO THAT ALSO I,M A AVID

  • .......dog that didnt even touch the rim mj=greatest ever

  • that explains why it says swish in the info

  • no one ask your opinion man i hate when people put lebron or kobe in mj videos its like they thrive fofr attention

  • if you mean "buzzer beater" as a noun, wehre MICHAEL JORDAN is the greatest buzzer beater the NBA has ever seen then i def agree with you.

But MJ has had MANY buzzer beaters much better than this both in skill and importance.

  • that was a skill follow through...he would make 7 or 8 of them if he made 10 shots

  • What about Jerry West's buzzer beater in the All-Star game or the 1 in the '70 Finals to send it into overtime?

  • Awesome shot but NOWHERE near being the greatest buzzer beater in NBA history. Let's not get carried away here.

  • It's an amazing shot because he didn't throw it up and hope for the best. Buzzer beaters from that range are luck, with Jordan, it was pure skill.

  • Well said abudi.

What distinguishes this from other "miraculous" buzzer beaters is that this one manifested an evident level of true skill, not just luck.

  • What da hell you calling me 'abudi' for? And how can something 'manifest' an 'evident' level of true skill? That sentence doesn't make the slightest bit of sentence grammatically

  • i remember watching this when i was a kid. awesome.

didn't he once hit a one-handed halfcourt shot around that time too?

  • i watched that game

  • now why didn't he do that every game? geez that man is like a living deity

  • 2[pac]

  • tnx michael

  • ok, man listen... Im not a wade fan.... I like much, much more Michael and Lebron....Thats why I subscribed your profiles.....And yes, that was a jumper....Bruce dont get angry whit me.

  • I rememberd I watched this game when I was just a kid....I was just wondering who is gonna post this classic buzzer beater.....then suddendly...you did!!! lol

    Thanks man~~~~^__^

  • A great buzzer beater but it wasn't the winning shot.

I still think his shot in the deciding game of the 1st round at Cleveland in 1989 was the greatest buzzer beater in NBA history. Just my opinion.

Now what is not subject to serious debate is that Michael Jordan is the GREATEST NBA PLAYER OF ALL TIME.

  • I feel old...I have this game on tape somewhere...it's an incredible shot because his form is perfect.

Nobody in today's NBA can even think of touching MJ.

  • Beautiful jumper from half court.

    Nice find Blitz.

  • thats got to feel good

  • wade buzzer was from far....

  • That was a run and throw, this is a jump shot. Get it? Got it? good!

  • No Sh*t

  • Now that's a JUMPSHOT!!!

  • unbelieveble but believeble

  • GOAT

  • Comment removed

  • Nah, Jerry West in the Finals was better...this was pretty meh.

  • holy shit

  • This is a Great Shot & a Great Video!!!

But this is not The Best Buzzer Beater in NBA History!!!

    Magic Johnson Made 1 Shot

From His Own Court with 1 Hand!!!

    watch?v=Z790Q3oz3bA&feature=channel

  • lengendary nuff said so many times he did it to the knicks which mj love to torment year after year.

  • what year was this????

  • 1982 what a shot

  • uh. you mean 1992?

  • 1992-93 season, 32.6 ppg, 35.1(playoffs), 41.0(finals), 7th straight scoring title, 3rd in mvp voting behind barkley and olajuwon, 1st in steals at 2.83 per game, 1st all nba team, 1st defensive team, 21,541 points in 667 games, 2nd fastest to get 20,000 points in 620 games, (Wilt in 499 games), game high 30 pts in 93 allstar game(same arena on this video), not the best fg shooting that season at .495 lol, o yeah and the 1st 3peat since L.A and Boston something Bird, Magic, and Isaiah never did

  • Kinda of reminds me of what Manu did to the Lakers yesterday but of course MJ's was all the more artistic.

  • woo wah wee wah

  • w00t first!
