i think what viadose was TRYING to say was that you put your hand on the ground, which causes you to pivot in mid air and you land backwards. instead, grab the bar and flip 360 to land facing the way you started. better flow and looks cooler :)
and is the correct way to do it, the way he did it in the video is wrong, it should be from high ground to low ground to reduce impact of falling, it was still a good vault but not a gate vault
