Isn't there a "blueprint" for punishing those who ordered this? Someone draft a memo and tell the Bush buddies (like Hanes who has a bad memory all of the sudden) we are aggressively holding them accountable. For God's sake! Don't they read history? We are inviting terrorist activities! We must stop! We want to be part of the Geneva Convention? Ha!
