I found a way. You found a weapon and make him follow you out of the bathroom. When he runs out of breath you can hit him as many times as you can. He won't hit or hurt you when you're out of the bathroom.

use the rocket launcher ( lead pipe+ fireworks ) and the lmg (about 20,000 in store) also bring at least 2 bottles of vodka, 1 to use in the fight, 1 to celebrate killing him with :)

I got really lucky with him what I did is bring a bunch of food and boxing glove knife things. Than hurt him as much as I could then when I was almost dead I would eat food. But once I was out of food I ran to the rib restaurant and got my health up then came back and slayed him xD
