  • all u fake ass incubus fans all r noobs

  • These 'uber-PAC' advertisements before a fucking Incubus song piss me off royally. I wasn't even thinking about it, but I'm voting for Obama now, because of the negative ad telling me otherwise...could have sat at home drinking tea also...fucking Super-PAC legislation, conservatives never were big on transparency. If you are upset that I'm posting this in commentary following an Incubus song...fuck you, I also just wanted to hear the song, now I am pissed off when I hear it. That's not right.

  • AFRICAN LOVE MUSIC

  • This has got to be the funkiest song ever.

  • Damn the intro is so good..

  • I love the scratching in the background of this song. What else has this kind of awesome shit? Lots of incubus I don't like, and lots I love. What else will I like if I like this? I like drive, this, 4th movement of the Odyssey (from halo2)

  • @XPiRiMiNT fungusamongus is pretty funky

  • Incubus... Start using drugs again... Please.

  • im seeing incubus this thursday !!! :D

  • this song is pure epicness. how come there arent more bands that do this kinda style? there should be........

  • 5 people have something jammed in their booty hole

  • only incubus can combine jazz and a heavy metal riff and make it sound amazing.

  • My favorite song by them :)

  • i know exactly where we are WHERE THE F*** ARE WE???

  • all incubus albums are the best. just let the world have speakers everywhere with incubus jammin' 24/7

  • best song on the album in my opinion. what a gem

  • fuckin love it!

  • insanely tight groove all throughout the song

  • anybody knows how to make that ''Grrrraaaaau'' at 3:17 to 3:19 ? that's awesome grrrrrroooove

  • @NaJeRaCaIFaN I think that's the combination of mike's guitar and Brandon's voice, but I don't know if I'm right.

  • I love the jazzy feel to this song

  • Vegas song! , and I live here!

  • I'm feeling super funky right now, let's get high and jam!

  • I love the intro at 0:09 when brandon says "smoooooooth" and it just flows with the bass line. This song is epic.

  • i love the bassline and solo in this tune..such beauty!

  • what if incubus made another album just like science....that would be fucking sick @_@

  • @9mclovin1 never gonna happen.... :(

  • @9mclovin1 Brandon said in an interview recently that they haven't tried to re-do S.C.I.E.N.C.E because they have already done it and the new stuff is the evolution of their band, they know it has a core audience who love them for S.C.I.E.N.C.E but they don't wanna try and copy something they've already done. Jus appreciate all their work man :) SICK album this though haha

  • @9mclovin1 Now that they're well-known, yeah, that would absolutely own.

  • i like this album...but i prefer fungus amoungus

  • I like that he drew from so many different genres on this album-he's a great artist all around! Love this band!

  • Sick Ass Song!!!!

  • 2:52... makes my hair stand up.

  • there are a handful of decent songs from their more recent albums imo. priceless, anna molly, ugh well i guess thats not really a handful. oooh um what about pantomime on the red rocks dvd? pretty good.

  • Ah, back when Incubus had sacks full of Testosterone.

  • Love this song! so...funky and a little jazzy!for those you think incubus sux after Make yourself, i say this: Its all about preference. Their 1st 3 albums were understandably...immature, and all over the place.Good,no doubt, but a little... inexperienced.they were still finding their sound. and as their band progressed, they let people go, some left, there music changed with their lives and their AGE. you guys really think 30 year olds r gonna play the same music they did when they were 20?no

  • @nltcraze Slayer still plays the same style they did in the 80's

  • INCUBUS WILL BE PERFORMING AT THE SMOKEOUT FESTIVAL IN SAN BERNADINO CALIFORNIA OCT 16TH 2010

    SMOKEOUT FESTIVAL . COM

  • Their first 3 albums were awesome after that, no.

  • @SX1995able okay no. make yourself and morning view were simply amazing. so was a crow left of the murder, light grenades might have been a little too mainstream sounding but otherwise decent.

  • @Doorknobsarehot Alright everyone has their own opinions.

  • @SX1995able i liked all the albums with dirk lance on bass. make yourself had some good songs as well as morning view. but i agree that fungus, enjoy, and science were the best.

  • mike einziger is fuckin godly

  • Amazing. This album is easily one of the most underrated albums

  • Somebody knows what scale use Mike? sound like fucking awsm jazz/Funk!!

  • @NaJeRaCaIFaN it's a dorian scale. justa minor ladder but then with a raised sixth :)

  • @NaJeRaCaIFaN sorry, i mean a minor scale with a raised sixth. I'm from holland where a scale means ''ladder'' in dutch. My bad :P

  • @fenderpeter Oh, thanks man! all clear :D

  • that's some wicked bass at the beginning.

    and just, yay.

  • im sooo stoned i can tsee straight....i love listening to this album stoned outta my mind.

  • god, i love incubus.

  • I think I listen to this everyday, and i'm not ashamed :)

  • jazz nya lebih kental di lagu nie...

  • i'm so stoned i can't see straight, but i found this song.

  • listening to incubus and jamiroquai has got to be the best way to chill out while doing some work, randomly internet surfingz, playing a console etc :)

  • Along with Summer Romance, this is so LUSH.

They need to go into this direction more these days.

  • @mikedrud the thing is they are no longer the same band anymore, we will never see them express music this freely again. You just don't get the competing contrasts of styles that made them special from the new line up.

  • @gawpertron I agree. Like 311, they hit the big time and put out music that is very polished but lacking in creative juice. I admire their success but not the music anymore.

  • @mikedrud the thing is they are no longer the same band anymore, we will never see them express music this freely again. You just don't get the competing contrasts of styles that made them special from the new line up.

  • their drummer is bad ass!

  • ayos

  • sound's exactly like Mr. Bungle/ Faith no more.. that's why I love this album!

  • If you're a bass player, learn this song. It's alot of fun to play. And if u have some friends it's great to jam with.

  • @ACTONcrazy

    wholeheartedly agree

  • reminds me of a time me and my brother were on synthetic LSD and were fuckin ridin round like a bunch of idiots... " i know exactly where we are, where the fuck are we".. that question was asked at least 100 times.. funny memories and..oh yeah... we were listening to INCUBUS !!!!!!! good thing we didn't kill anyone or ourselves and/or get pulled over..... we where fuckin TRIPPIN balls

  • @Queensrycher synthetic LSD? Didn't know there was such a thing. What makes it synthetic? How is it different from regular acid?

  • @XBudBomberX i dunno.. thats for the chemistist i know to know, and for me to experiment with... yyaaaaaaa..

  • @Queensrycher LSD is a synthetic hallucinogen :D

  • @Domilinde LSD is derived from a natural mold called Ergot. I don't see that being "synthetic", in essence, something synthetic would be mimicking another already existing substance with a similar chemical compound or structure.

  • @deftoned516

Technically it's a semi-synthetic (like heroin) b/c yes it is derived from natural substances but then undergoes several chemical processes to produce the actual end product. Natural product- weed.. you grow it, pick it, and do it however you want.. opium..morphine even

then there is strictly synthetic .. nearly all derived from lab chemicals (benzo, phetas)

  • @FLPman The "end-product" is basically an extract, don't try to assume yourself knowledgeable when this is not the case. I used to know a guy who would grow the ergot himself and eat it. And trip. Not the safest of ways, but there's not much in the ways of change in the chemical structure. A real synthetic drug would be meth.

  • @deftoned516

exactly, it's extracted.. not naturally derived.. anyways that's just what a few sites i looked at.. i dont' really care .. not sure why you care enough to reply to my comment...

just b/c your friends with a drug addict doesn't make you any more of an expert

  • @FLPman no it means I know a 52-year old hippie who's been around since the love era. but regardless, who are you to point the fingure and call a druggie when you assume you know so much about this drug in the first place.

  • smooth.... funky..<3

  • Underrated, but high rated.

  • way to deep inside to get home way to deep inside to get dome!

  • This is a really great incubus album, but I dont think it's there best. Make yourself is definately like 10 times better. But if your really looking to rock out then I can see how someone would feel that way about science.

  • this album fucking jams tough. i seen these guys live in "98" they opened up for limp bizkit is some shitty little bar in scranton PA. best show i ever seen still to this day. they were so unknown at the time my friend and i talked to Brandon at the bar for 15 minutes b4 he said" ok guys take it easy, we're on next" fucking awesome lol

  • This song is definitely beautiful!

It really is a shame that their sound went so commercial!

  • they progressed into something that everyone can appreciate... this album is not going to disappear and is part of the foundation that makes them so AMAZING!

  • "CommunistNihilist" ROFL not exactly a name to be proud of, great song and album, though.

  • Love this song. Where did they lose all the funk?!

  • when they kicked Dirk out..... he was the nu metal/ funk guy and he wanted them to stay that way but they didnt.... and Kenney is doing a wonderful job..... "Crow..." is a great album and so is Light Grenades
