So I know at least it is not my machine..

They also suggested that trffic on the ISP can be the culprit..

I HAVE THE SOLUTION

1- CONTROL PANEL ---[ View 32-bit control panel item ---[ Flash player (DOUBLE CLICK)

2-In the storage tab ---[ select "allow sites to save information on this computer then---[ click local storage settings by site

3-Type youtube.com in the add box and add

4-Open playback tab and do the same as in 3- (add youtube.com)

5-Finally in the Advanced tab, click on delete all

6-Close one by one all windows and restart your computer (END)

5) Youtube doesn't allow posting links in your comments.Use some trick if you want to post a link,like putting a space character inside your link.

If you ever try to post a link on youtube,it will show an 'Try Again' error.

I've been getting this shit for the last couple of days on every video. Turns out it was the Adblock Plus addon for Firefox that was causing it. Disabling or uninstalling it fixes the problem. Not ideal but still...

Okay it seems as though I have fixed it.

For people using multiple browsers, problem with flash player may occur and I suggest to try these things:

1) Close browsers wait until it completely closes from taskmanager and upate lastest flash player.

2) Test youtube with latest Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome, and see if they all have problems.

3) Clear internet browsing cache/history/settings.

4) Check firewall/proxy/network settings on browser.

5) Try other streaming sites to test.

I was using Adblock with Mozilla Firefox and it was blocking Googleads. Go to tools, addons, Adblock, options and uncheck the box next to Googleads. Should work fine. Did for me. It messed up my Gmail, Amazon wouldn't load, and I couldn't play YouTube videos either. Now, all is well.
