I made a mistake, it's called ionic magnesium, it's 400mg a serving, it's liquid like a brine almost. Extremely salty and gross but worth it for the trace minerals. I take 500mg x3 daily, started that a month and a half ago along with about 18 other essentials.

What do you think about ionized magnesium, that crap that you use with a dropper and tastes like rancid salt water concentrate? It has trace minerals and large amounts of magnesium. Lately I've been taking 1500mg magnesium a day along with bioflavonoids, vit C, vit E and numerous other things but I read that these vitamins don't work properly alone, other substances are needed. What do you think of the FDA's unprecedented "crackdown" on SALT?  It is the best & just about the only form of iodine in our diet. Iodine also removes toxic flouride, halogens , bromide, lead , mercury & aluminum. I bought a water cooler at walmart for about $140 and a 5 gallon bottle. You can refill it there at walmart with R.O. water for about 37 cents per gallon. This is what I do for clean water, it's always cold and always available.

You should get your supplements from a natural health food store. A lot of the vitamins at walmart are synthetic leaving them not as effective as the natural.

The water you are purchasing could be tap water. Many bottled water producers use tap water.

Have you had it tested to determine it is flouride free?

@hplaserjet2001 I can tell a huge difference between Culligan water and tap water. I have been drinking RO water for a long time now.

I have a PPM meter that i have tested it. I use my PPM meter when I make colloidal silver. The RO water is always around 10 ppm, and tap water always tests around 200ppm. So yea it is genuine RO water.
