Converting into what? I'm assuming your used to an ipod with mandatory software needed to access your device. So let me tell you this, simply put, this is a flash drive that has mp3 playing functions built inside it, meaning, all you need is plug it in, and drag and drop!

i just created 12 different mp4 encodings at different rates and sizes and none were playable on the me2 i have, i wonder if there is a little MPEG-4 video i can download somewhere which is playable on this me2 to test it?, My Me2 looks exactly the same as this one with the small box..it is definitely a 4gig , ive stored just under 4 gigs on it and tested the file. it does play AMV video poorly jpegs fine and mp3's are great.just no mpeg 4.
