@machete2123 yes definitely keep going. keep doin ab ripper. you'll feel the difference by the 3rd week. I saw results by the 6th week. just keep going. the better the diet the better your results.
yes you can definitely do it. and you two rounds would probably be best for you to lost that much weight. maybe even 3. just keep your calories low and follow the plan day by day. and everyday you see those lbs. fall of you will be more motivated to do it again the next day. and dont get discouraged if the weight doesnt fall off at first because muscle weighs more then fat so you wont see the difference in the scale at first. just dont give up.....keep me updated. good luck!!!!

@bizzy420 you can do p90x and gain weight but it would be really hard. you would need to take in about 4000 calories a day if not more. and not a bunch of junk food. which makes it hard to eat that much. try taking a couple protein shakes at 400 each. large meat can get you another 600-800. pastas are high in calories. milk, beans, tortillas, just try to keep the fat contents down.
@subxpert786 p90x would probably be great for you. you just need to workout . following the nutrition plan laid out for you through p90x would be good also

@Soulquarium wow ur massive. you shouldn't worry about fat loss at all with that body fat %. start your diet on phase 2 or 3. just make sure you eat healthy and good carbs not white one's, minimum saturated fat and alot of protein.

Now that you have the body you should learn some fighting for self defence or just test your body out so you can use those new muscles you have achieved. push your body to the limit. its over a 90 day period. Most workouts are about an hour. yoga is 1 and a half hours. its 7 days a week. but sundays are optional stretch or rest day. Its a great program but its a lot work. good luck!
yeah it does, at least that's what I'm hoping for. I'm only on day 27 but I can honestly say that it feels like my chest gets a much better workout doing p90x than when I go to a gym.

hi. great results! what is round 2? i want my biceps to grow and i don't think this is possible by doing 14 to 20 reps, as needed by the routine of p90x.
there is no required amount of reps. tony even says u can do 6-8 reps. just up the weight. I started at like 14.5 and got my arms almost 16 by the end.

ok stretch marks suck. losing or gaining weight wont make them go away. You can look into some sort of ointments or natural herbs. They may help some.
After every workout I took a recovery shake. In it was 50-75 grams of protein, 5 grams of creatine, 5 grams of l-glutamine(helps repair muscles).
I also take a once a day vitamin.
Other then that I didnt eat any junk food and drank a lot of water. Keep the carbs and fat down, while packin on the protein.
Im completely done with p90x, best decision of my life, i am freakin ripped, I am now moving on to bodybuilding, I am skeptical about taking creatine as i hear it produce watered sown muscle, is this true?
its true to a point. I took it throughout my first round. It does add water to your muscles but it goes away when you stop takin it at the end. The positive of taking creatine is it gives you extra energy and endurance. I noticed that my reps on everything were going from 10-12 to 14-16. That little extra really help with your results. It really helped me.
no its more of a visual thing. It is actually the thing that makes you stronger. By giving you the extra strength to push a little farther it gives you more strength in the long run.

I'm in Phase 1 Week 2 Day 13, I really dont want to lose any weight either. I do need to lean up around my stomach but dont want to lose a bunch of weight. I'm 5'7" 174 at the moment. ok im 6'4 194 at the moment. and i take in over 3000 calories a day. depending on your activity level you need between 2700-2900 calories to maintain your weight. dont worry, keep with a healthy diet and do all the ab workouts and you'll see yur 6 pack. muscle weighs more then fat. so you will slim down in the stomach, but stay the same weight cuz yur losing the fat around the midsection. good luck!

load up on carbs and proteins. like chicken and lean meat. keep track of your diet if u dont already. figure out yur avg calories u take in. then raise that by 200. this will give a very gradual weight gain.

yeah tried my best. no junk. 2600 calories under 50 fat, under 300 carbs, and over 175 protein per day.

dude im almost done with my 2nd week and i saw your results and that just boost my moral lol
i wanted to ask u a question, does loosing weight help you lose stretch marks??? because before in my life i was heavy and lost like 20 pounds and have these stretch marks around my waist and i was wondering if this will help me tone it up and get rid of them???
also, did u use any supplements to get ur results or special foods or was it all just hard work and water?

ok stretch marks suck. losing or gaining weight wont make them go away. You can look into some sort of ointments or natural herbs. They may help some.
After every workout I took a recovery shake. In it was 50-75 grams of protein, 5 grams of creatine, 5 grams of l-glutamine(helps repair muscles).
I also take a once a day vitamin.
Other then that I didnt eat any junk food and drank a lot of water. Keep the carbs and fat down, while packin on the protein.

Im completely done with p90x, best decision of my life, i am freakin ripped, I am now moving on to bodybuilding, I am skeptical about taking creatine as i hear it produce watered sown muscle, is this true?

its true to a point. I took it throughout my first round. It does add water to your muscles but it goes away when you stop takin it at the end. The positive of taking creatine is it gives you extra energy and endurance. I noticed that my reps on everything were going from 10-12 to 14-16. That little extra really help with your results. It really helped me.

no its more of a visual thing. It is actually the thing that makes you stronger. By giving you the extra strength to push a little farther it gives you more strength in the long run.

creatine is not a big deal and is fine to take to buff up. put 5 g of creatine and 5 g of glutamine in your post-workout protein shake

if you study nutrition, you should know the human body can not metabolize more than 30 grams of protein at a time (about 2-3 hours)
and creatine is NOT healthy.

Great results and since you threw it out there about nutrition, LOL, I'm gonna ask some questions. Well I'm kind of in the same situation as you were. I'm in Phase 1 Week 2 Day 13, I really dont want to lose any weight either. I do need to lean up around my stomach but dont want to lose a bunch of weight. I'm 5'7" 174 at the moment. Any suggestions on Diet or supplements is welcomed. I do have a 32 inch waist at the moment. I do want to see my abs. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

ok im 6'4 194 at the moment. and i take in over 3000 calories a day. depending on your activity level you need between 2700-2900 calories to maintain your weight. dont worry, keep with a healthy diet and do all the ab workouts and you'll see yur 6 pack. muscle weighs more then fat. so you will slim down in the stomach, but stay the same weight cuz yur losing the fat around the midsection. good luck!

Hey great results man, i got a video up of my day 60 results, i have a question for you, im about your height and about 185 lbs, i want to gain a bit of weight, im at about 7% body fat now, what would u say is the best way to build mass but not much fat

load up on carbs and proteins. like chicken and lean meat. keep track of your diet if u dont already. figure out yur avg calories u take in. then raise that by 200. this will give a very gradual weight gain.
