  • Beautiful...Bravo and she's pretty too...

  • Lots of good things, but also a lot of missed and incorrect rhythms...

  • amazing sound

  • excellent.

all rubato is nature and soft.

  • Good performmance !! ^^ I like your tone, wonderful!

  • GREAT PERFORMANCe

  • I love that "pop" she has in her sound its amazing!

  • thanx for posting this!!!

    this is my new listening

this is very nice interpretation and very good player i like your tone very much!!!

  • I will love your tone!

I'm playing this piece so i know how hard it is and your technique was awesome! (but im still more jealous of your tone...)

although its quite different from mine, i really liked your interpretations (except that cut but i'm sure you had a reason for that..)

    congratulations on your accomplishments!!

  • great performance. I wasn't sure about some of the cuts. But it IS a truly long piece, so if you had time constraints then cuts do become necessary.

I appreciate your tone. Nicely dark and rounded, and present which is the most important.

This is a common mistake, and I'm surprised your teacher didn't point this out, but at 4:22, that small section, you took it TWICE as fast as it needed to be. If you look back at the music and the previous 32nd notes, you will notice this.

    Great perforamnce!

  • Thank you for ur very good suggestions and I'll always try to present better in the future!

    Thank you very much!^_^

  • 戴乐姐真厉害, 我比你小两届的李。。。。

  • absolutely beautiful performance. I really appreciate your dark tone, I find that too many clarinetists are striving for a brighter sound anymore. but nevertheless, wonderful playing! keep up the good work.

  • I have a copy of the 1901 Carl Fischer edition. This performance has made use of some judicious cuts. Unfortunately the video is not in sync with the audio.

I think this is a superb performance. The two previous posters demonstrated a childish lack of professionalism in their comments.

  • I wonder...do you know this piece at all, musiclovingman? Because I know this piece through and through, and the player wasn't measures ahead of the accompanist in any way, and was actually quite dead on. She also didn't leave any, and i mean ANY, beats out.The breaks you heard are sixteenth note breaks written into the music, since this is a clarinet piece written for clarinet...not piano or strings. Wind players need breath. Your critique is an unwarranted type of bitter.

  • That is of the most unmusical and stylistically week clarinet playing I've heard.

    Boobty woopty. Terrible

  • maybe edited??

  • sorry i mean the video is delayed than the sound

  • its very nice very good performance... but the video was late than the soud... is this is live?

    or edited?

  • Also, in my opinion I think sh sounds beter than Sabine.

  • The sound is so clear and pleasant to the ears. Very impressive, wonderful and professional performance.

  • Dai Le is quite a player. Wonderful technique and a fine sound. Her musical expression is very professional. She reminds me of a more musical Sabine Meyer. As a clarinetist who has played this piece many times, I can say it's challenge to bring it off.

  • Excellent performance. Great intonation and perfect accompaniment

  • very good performance, but I've a different score from luigi Bassi, and i would ike to know if this is a different score,or if this is an arrangment....

  • I was wondering the same thing. I believe that the version that I played recently was the Ricordi version, and I have a recording of Ricardo Morales playing that version. This seems slightly condensed, but is still a stellar performance!

  • ok,i've to play this piece in March and the part that Dai le don't lay in that version is so hard....

  • It's an amazing performance and interpretation!!!!!!

    Congrats!!!!

  • excellent!!! Bravo bravo!!!

  • professional clarinetist
