@Graveworm187 Go to 'Window' ,scroll to 'Prefrences'. Select word 'Drawing' to the left. Selected 'Click-move-click' button. All others should be unselected.
Go to drawing. Do the rotate/copy part & half way just type in the number '360' it should show up in the box to your bottom right, then press 'Enter'. Now type in '/22'.
doesn't work on Windows in 2011 as described here.
