  • I did the wrist curls with a 20lb dumbbell and that was probably the best forearm workout I've ever had.

  • @woshigepro just dont get your forearms too massive. my dad and one of his buddies use to clam, and from working with the nets all day and all week, eventually they could bust the forearms of shirt sleeves just by flexing their forearms. but my dad's friend had to have an operation to reduce his forearm muscle mass because his forearms were so big that they were cutting off blood circulation to his arms and hands, and he was even popping small capillaries every time he flexed his forearms

  • I workout indoors so I only have those capped barbells that have like Silicone I think it is so when it falls it doesnt like chip the floor or anything so the weights can't come off the dumbell
