In both countries they were charged with handing over detainees to the tyrannical local governments for torture and possible execution. Not to mention they are fighting to deny refuge to US conscientious objectors.

I guess now Canada should be asking itself the same question.

I dunno the only vid i've ever seen of joni mitchell singing this was acapella also.. I love this version because it's like a barbershop quartet and it's sort of nostalgic, considering the context of the lyrics also. I think you can take the melody and use the harmony in your guitar to take the second and third voice parts. I would like to see it done
