@FaN1960ChAmP Probably the BCS schools in the NCAA (college American football) have the biggest atmosphere, the stadiums in those schools range in size from 70,000-110,000. After that the NFL (mostly 70,000-90,000), MLB, NBA, NHL and NCAA mens basketball are all major spectator sports in America. The MLS is growing though, still a long ways from how big it is in Europe though.

The only reason it USED to be called Seahawk stadium was that the NFL is of course more popular than the other league sport utilizing the stadium, the USL Sounders. The name was a placeholder in any case -- it had no significance as they knew they'd eventually sign an endorsement deal, as they did with Qwest.

And just putting this out there, I recently came back from a trip to the U.S. and it sucked. Everybody there is overweight, every restaurant has crappy food thats been deep-fried too many times over, and on top of that its just boring, and too many people were missing teeth. Also, the people are ignorant, the only time someone wasn't was when i was buying something.
