Actually, the C was for Cole. It was created in season 3, when the writers didnt even thought they would create a cupid. After the serie was about to be cancelled, they just put someone with a C to be Phoebe´s true love. They fall in love in 3 episodes?? Amazing! So believable! The C is and will always be for Cole, no matter what they say!
