One of the best things about Peggle in my experience is how the "luck factor" shifts over time. When you first start playing, the game IS about 70% luck and 30% skill... after maybe 20-30 levels, it's probably 60% luck... by the time you get through all 130 levels (Adventure Mode + Challenge Mode), it's more like 30% luck and 70% skill... Unlike a game such as, say, Tetris or Bejeweled, Peggle is very deep; the game really only starts when you've completed the Adventure Mode ;)
Linerider: Did you beat the Adventure Mode AND the Challenge Mode? Adventure mode (the first 55 levels) is in many ways just the 'training' for the Challenge Mode, which is very tough, especially in the later stages. Then there's the Duel Mode, where the computer AI characters routinely kick my butt - you can learn some very cool tricks from those AI "Peggle Masters" :)
