the viper is a v10 power house with no active aid besides power steering. it has probably 2 times the weight of the lancer. also, the lancer is AWD, which makes it take off faster than the viper. Being RWD, the viper naturally losses precious take off speed form spinning tires. know ur basics before comparing two cares that are too different

And NO it's not 2 times the weight of the Lancer. A full weight SSL Evo (like mine) is probably within 100lbs of a Viper. And being RWD doesn't mean shit with the right tire and suspension setup. New Vipers have good tires and launching an AWD car is actually not easy....if you care about not breaking anything.

I knew it was around 60/40, but thought it was like 58/42. And 2: Verifying the weight of the Viper. I knew it wasn't THAT heavy, but didn't know the exact weight cause I don't own them nor do I like them. And no these cars have no real comparison. But V8's (and larger) most certainly can run 2 efficiently. And where are you getting your facts on superchargers? You know there are several types of superchargers that operate completely differently right? You lose power (parasitic loss) to drive them, but that doesn't mean they slow you down.

The evo is a rally/tuner car with a good weight distribution.

Modified cars don't count. Each modified car is completely different and that negates the comparison. AGAIN I will say 4 cylinders and INLINE engines (I6) will be better off with a single turbo. V type engines CAN use twins, but using single for BIG power is probably cheaper and easier to fabricate.
