@ 0:31 Lulu is demonstrating something that very few adults do correctly - the proper lifting techniques. Instead of using her back before the pumpkin lift attempt, Lulu's actually bending her knees. Bending the knees is one of the most important rules to prevent back injuries! Thumbs up for potential back injuries prevented because of Lulu!
