@RAF2229 No the USB port it takes is the one for the microphone controller, so it acts as a controller, which kinda sucks when you want to select a difficulty and you have to get up to hit the button on the thing, but during parties, which is when I use it the most, its not a big deal cause someone is usually standing next to it.

I have the stage kit and the LED and strobe work perfect,but the smoke isn't really coming out,some is,but most of it is moisture,and any smoke that does come out dissipates in a second--what's happening?Is it something with the hose,the liquid or what?

I have an extra kit that was defective, but the lights and strobe still work. Do you know if you can plug those in as well - without the soldering and all that jazz (which I would not be able to do)? I realize it would take up another controller slot - but that's ok when I'm just playing with 2. :)

You can't use a second one without it being connected to a power source (fog machine). When you do the mod it connects power from the first light module to the second.

Details please on how you did this? I just picked up the kit last Friday and would absolutely LOVE to have two LED units with the single fog/strobe unit. Did this involve buying two kits and turning one fog/strobe unit off (I only see one in the vid), or do you have two LED units running through the single fog unit? If two LEDs are running into the fog unit, where did you get the second, and is the wiring just plug and play? LOOKS FANTASTIC BTW!

Found the thread...thank you sir. Now I just need to figure out how to get my hands on a second LED array without blowing $100 smackers on an entirely new kit. I called PDP today and asked if the units could be purchased individually, or if they had plans to make the units expandable. No on both accounts, but they thanked me for the idea.
