hey, im thinking about building a track, and was wondering if you knew how many acres that track takes up. also do you know how they maintain it, and where they got the dirt from?

what equipment was used? i know you might not know all the answers to the questions, but if you could find out that would be great.

The track is appox 250' x 120'. Its built and maintained using a rented skid steer loader. They frequently rent a water trailer out to keep the dust down when riding. Dirt came from construction sites looking someplace to dump it for free. Good luck!

wow nice track how big is he area needed for that track like 150ft by like 200ft? and how much dirt did you need

It might be a little longer than 200, but the 150 wide sounds right,.. Sorry I don't know how much dirt was used,.. Next time I see my neighbor I'll ask him.

Yeah same here, my jumps suck but this year I am going to dig down into the ground for dirt and put in a filter system with some Tile Line. Hope this works!

He said he brought in 500+ yards,.. Which i don't doubt. The county had been doing some construction and had dirt they needed to get rid of so they dumped it for free.
