When he gets older he'll surf when the waves are better than the skate pools. Today it was nearly flat and still overcrowded surfing, insane. It just does not make good sense 99.9% of the time in SoCal when you could be busting airs in a pool. The recession has dropped out a million surfers (lower class) and replaced them with rich kids. I remember I had to work to earn to surf, starting at 18 years old. Now we just jack the price sky high and serve only the rich. LIke it. Keeps the crowd down
