This was once considered a big advantage as by that time hydraulic lifts were cheaper to acquire and maintain. But nowadays machine-room-less traction models are beginning to subsitute hydraulics as they are becoming cheaper to acquire and yet they save much more electricity on operation.
But considering the costs of electricity consumed, tractions are sometimes preferred should the electrical bill rates go too high like the case in Hong Kong.
we do the same in the netherlands, we have all-in elevators, they are MRL for the 2 landings at a train station. all elevators i know that were installed the last 3 years are MRL traction. for 2 landing applications.
Is this the top floor for all of the buildings in the hospital complex? I know definitely not the parking garage but very other building?

Did you see what somebody did in a video with the same name? It's even worse than copying it without permission.

Hydraulic elevators are still preferred here in the US. A 2-3 story traction elevator costs about twice as much as a similar hydraulic one.
