no affiliation....reason why they look like they are by chicago is back in the day when the winterhawks first started a guy in the front office use to work for the blackhawks. team needed some jersey's so he used his connections to get some old ones from chicago. if you google cam neely portland winterhawks, there are some old pics of cam in the winterhawks uniform...but instead of a "P" with the cross tomahawks, it was the chicago "C".......
