  • Fan!

  • To non-swedes, if you ever visit Sweden, visit our bakeries and such. Swedish pastries are F-ing good.

  • @JockenN danish pastries > swedish pastries

  • it's fun how he works with messy hands all others seem to be clean all the time

  • I like how he says "Skål" like "Schköll".

  • one little piss of the bread ! lol gotta love swenglish :)

  • Oh my gawd, Gateau bread from "Gallerian", and wild picked mushrooms.. that´s heaven.

  • That fermented herring guy is REALLY annoying....

  • Hey, he didn't drizzle olive oil on his "buns"

  • It's the little comments, particularly about adding salt, that reminds me that sometimes there's only a few simple things between good food and wow food.

  • I have never seen blueberry "swedish buns" ^^ Never seen anyone doing them so messy either :P

  • to any native swedish seeing this: how to pronounce "surströmming"??? thank you!!

  • @ClassicHolic Eh... bit hard to explain ^^ but go to google translate and enter it there, it has an option so you can listen to it :)

  • @Colp2 "sueh-shtr(german r)oem-ming"?

  • Can someone please could tell me, which is the name of that bread store? And also please the name of that bread recipe with blueberries. :) Thank you.

  • @odessa1944 search on google "kanelbulle" but its in swedish so you have to translate it x)

  • @odessa1944 Hello! I just made these buns this morning and they were delicious. It is very messy to make, but worth it! if you go on Jamie's website and search Swedish buns, the recipe is there (though in UK measurements)!

  • @sanfrancisco24 Hi there! Thank you so much. I found out through the internet a lot of recipes that are very similar to Cinnamon Roll, they are nice but also in Youtube i search for the recipe "Kanelbulle" like Frajdsson told me and it's really nice made it with differents shapes and fills. Thanks again i will check Jamie's Web!

  • Can someone please could tell me, which is the name of that bread store? Thank you.

  • .......Oh my god, OH MY GOD! FOR GOD'S SAKE!

  • peddobear at 11:57

  • 03:5 give me your honey babey ... O,o

  • I would say that the fremented herring or surströmming is a deadly weapon the smell is terrible

  • that's not how you do buns at all -.-' You chould just flat it all out, spread you filling over it, roll it like a big sausage and then cut it in thick slices. It is way simpler than what he is doing :P

  • Jamie Oliver! kom til Danmark ;D

  • @RomiWalk3r Danmark är dåligt!! Kom till Göteborg =D

  • @kulkille100

    nej vi er ej!! :)

  • I was like "oh MY GOD" when I saw this on the tele, the buns looks barbaric! haha but I bet they taste good ;D

  • gosh ive been to sweden last summer and the chicks are insane

  • so beautiful, makes me fall in love with envy all over

  • or two xD

Simple as that.

  • Mmm, just frie that chanterelle an put it on a piece of bread. delicious.

  • What does it mean... "wild mushrooms, wild blueberries"? are there any other than wild?...

  • @kotletteltok The vast majority of blueberrys and mushrooms sold in the world are cultivated

  • @kotletteltok Ever heard of mushrooms and fruit farmers?

  • Only about button mushroom farmers;)

  • He is soooooo Cute!!!<3

  • Swedish or not, I would eat those buns happily.

  • We swedes don't care of the look, only if it tastes great.

  • 1. Those buns are a blasphemy.

    2. I love his reaction when he finally smells the herring.

  • It's allways nice to hear non-swedish persons try to say "Cheers!" in swedish <3

  • @elvisthehony yeah, it's sounds like german..

  • little did Jamie know, he'd be tripping balls for the rest of the day

  • One little piss of bread?

  • I´ve always used red onions when i am cooking chantarells it really enhances the flavor yum yum i wish it was summer!

  • I don`t know if I would call that Swedish buns but they sure look tasty:)

  • @hammarstrand88 cinnamon buns! can be varied with cardamom or vanilla, if made properly, they're really amazingly good!

  • @hammarstrand88 we call the buns for "Bullar and the cakes for "kakor"

  • that mushroom and bread thing could have used something else...probably some tomatoes or olive oil...or how about some genovese pesto with pinoli nuts? Awesome!

  • @equitemcroce Blasphemy. You have so much rich taste in those wild mushrooms. No need to obscure it with any Italian frills. Not slagging pesto or pinoli nuts, but believe me, those mushrooms taste amazing without it.

  • @raizumichin on second thought, it may not be the best idea (although I still thing it would be good). It's just that the liquid of the cream mixing with the bread doesn't turn me on at all. If they hadn't put the cream I wouldn't have suggested something to change it.

  • @equitemcroce It's of course entirely possible to do this dish with less cream, or none at all.

  • @raizumichin I agree all you need is salt black pepper and onions!
