First of all Tito and his partisans had strong links with SSSR,although they were not part of Eastern Block.Second - OIRA was supplied with weapons by KGB and other bolshevik groups.Policy of Workers Party Ireland is clear - they are the most communist party in Ireland.They are hated by others because they are marxist-leninists.

@PolichCatholic1 After split 1969 IRA had different factions: Official IRA (OIRA), Provisional IRA (PIRA), Irish National Liberation Army (INLA), Continuity Irish Republican Army (CIRA), Real IRA (RIRA)..etc with different tactics and political goals.Official IRA was marxist (some would say 'stalinist') paramilitary group, so main goal is struggle against imperial bitish rule,not against irish/english protenstants.Religious terror among Irish people distract attention from class struggle.

I don't say that protestants are bad but the idea of protestantism is. My English is not good enough to explain you why I think so but read Max Weber's book "The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism"

Yes the OIRA was very much involved with the Soveit Union and why not! Your Poland went with Lech Welesa, a CIA stooge, A CIA puppet! Solidarity, the so called trade union movement was funded from the start by CIA and British Mi6. Magaret Thatcher, the butcher of the working class supported, " Solidarity" Unite the Polish working class!
