As a person that's actually pretty good at meditation, I find it hard to believe this could benefit anyone in any significant way whatsoever. I suppose many people don't know what you can actually DO with meditation, and thus, don't know HOW to achieve the results.

Sorry for the delay in my reply. No I can not teach you (I have many other commitments), however I would recommend that you seek out a teacher, but only if what that teacher is saying  "feels right". Trust your gut-instinct. Personally I found the Edgar Cayce method works best for me.
