youre a very well spoken and logical person. its too bad your education is seriously lacking in modern political philosophies - and furthermore that your entire argument is based on the pre-context of the united states constitution (which was for its time a great piece of philosophical and political work - but now its 200 years old).

try an education in modern philosophical and political sciences...we have come much further than the US constitution written 200 years ago.
