@JtheLioness her legs are stunning, however the dress was unflattering. no doubt her silhouette is enticing but with the light shed occurance it looks like she's pregnant and trying to conceal it with a gurdle. for her I would have used a short chiffon dress, it's the same nature as this dress and shows her legs but less form fitting or "clingy" on her stomach area. NOTE: I am aware the dress design does include 'gathered' fabric around the mid section. I'm no guru but i like being presentable

God, this woman is supremely talented and so beautiful. Luscious, chocolate flesh and a smile that can light up a black hole. This right here is what i miss, real SINGING, God-given talent and an actual message in the song. what difference does your skin color make. We spend too much time on superficial things. Dark skin, light skin, white, yellow, brown, pink, red are all colors created by God. Pitting one tone against another is why the world is in such a mess. Until we as humans live up to the intellect we have been graced with we will be consumed by pettiness. God blessed Ledisi with a heavenly voice. If she were high toned yellow, would it be any less? Angela Bofill anyone?

It's the residue of a dehumanization in the making of a slave where our identity was smashed and the standard of humanity and beauty became the image of the slave maker and his woman, his culture and his way of life. God was lost in that process, and thus the "dark" vs "light"; "nappy" vs. "straight" ("good hair vs you know the rest), while the One God created the full spectrum.
