  • The last 30 seconds was the best part. Man, I miss Hampton!

  • The concert selection was R. Kelly's I'll Never Leave.

  • why is almost every danceline wanna dance tu dis song this year

  • what songs did they play

  • what songs were played in the dance routine?

  • excellent performance! but the percussion needs get down in that dance routine!!! btw what concert selection were they playing?

  • these girls were better than aamu girls but much work is needed

  • Haven't enjoyed a Hampton show or sound in quite sum time! Im excited to see this much improvement and it's only the first game. Keep it up HU!

But HU fanfare at the end?!?!? Huh????

  • All i got to say is EUPHOS DAMN!!!!

  • @miltdud09 Thanks

  • If you are going to do technical tricks.......make sure that EVERYONE can do them #EBONYFIRE. Leg-hold trick was good tho.

  • LMAO!

  • Good job Ebony Fire! Good job F.O.R.C.E.!

  • Haven't said this in years...HAMPTON SOUNDS GOOD!!!!!

  • speechless. that's the best i've seen them in a LONG time. excellent job.

  • YAY EBONY FIRE!

  • For real though. Why does a band this small have 3 drum majors?

  • Good sound for band of this size.

  • the intro was bad but the rest of the show sounded good.

  • a mess hunny

  • They sound pretty good. I noticed the Chicago theme throughout from the drill to the dancer feature to the dance routine (Crucial Conflict, Chaka, The Emotions, Kelz, Kanye, etc). Not the most exciting dance routine from HU, but it was clean. Ebony Fire is top notch as always! Overall very nice show Hampton.

  • Seriously!! they do not sound good. intonation problems from beginning to end.

  • Ebony Fire was killin it! #TeamHIU

  • well damn HIU, they sound good this year/

  • definitely sound good for the size, and a noticeble sound and size change from the past 2 yrs...oh and some minor but noticable show format changes...i like. comin from alum, i think u all sounded great and the meac should watch for the up and up of this band over the next few yrs with Rasan M. Holmes as band director.

  • We did really good for our first game. Also for the fact that it was an away game too.

  • @HitomeorJJ91 Keep it up man, alumni looks forward to seeing ya'll. I marched with Holmes back in 98 and he had Slide Force as one of the top bone sections in the MEAC back in my days. He's going to do great things with ya'll, we see it already. I use to be part of the dance committe so it breaks my heart to see a dry dance routine. There are old VHS tapes Holmes should have of the NY Ubran league Classic VS Grambling int he 90s. You can see how The Force use to light the crowd up at halftime.

  • They sound great for their size. I am proud!!!

  • Good Job!

  • Sound really good for their size...just need more numbers. Ebony Fire was the highlight of the halftime. A little PVish with the drum feature. The DANCE ROUTINE needs work...Hampton back in the day could dance their asses off. Thats whats missing...EXCITEMENT. They get that back in their halftime the numbers will start to grow again. Good Job Pirates.
