La base "l'onde" transmise par tout le corps au point d'impact. Comme un coup de fouet.

Ce kata n'est juste PAS happoken nidan. On ne peut pas s'approprier un kata d'une autre discipline sans l'étudier; et l'acteur n'est manifestement pas Yoseikan Budoka. N'a même, de toute évidence JAMAIS pratiqué le Yoseikan.

Okay, but I personally think that it is the wrong way to teach a Yoseikan Kata without the quintessence of Yoseikan itself. But I understand your point. For just knowing what to do in Hapoken Nidan, it is helpful.
No ther are too many wrong moves int his execution i'm sure that you don't really know wath the meaning of this. And for the moves just wait and your body explain to you why this is wrong :-) don't be blind

it's another federation, not following hiroo's ywf, but is yoseikan budo anyway, it comes from one of the original students of Minoru Mochizuki!
