  • Why yes, hoarding wealth is much better than using that wealth to help your country and people in need.

    Fuck you, I got mine.

  • By pulling a number like 30 million out of thin air, this guy sounds like he should be writing another "five year plan" for some failing socialist hellhole.

  • "Why do you assume anyone who has that much money is greedy." The fact that they have far more than any rational human being will ever need? Sure, taking away the amount of money they can make is unconstitutional, but that sure as hell doesn't change the fact that noone NEEDS that much money. The most you need is enough that you'll spend on activities while having reserves to pay off emergency funds. I pity those who feel they need far more than their fair share to live comfortably.

  • @DarthVengent "Fair share" shall we make a fairness doctrine where people can't have any more cash than you say they can? You're a dumbass. Rich people drive our economy, and it's them buying a bunch of stupid shit like jets and mansions, that keeps people like you employed. Maybe I should take money away from you because you surely have more money than I, because I'm broke, and you know what? You are probably living better than I am, so start sending the cash you hypocrite.

  • Classic Savage. Take the smartest callers who agree with his points and the dumbest callers who don't. What a hackjob

  • @Slotten68 You're telling me there's smart liberals? Actually, there are. They're called conservatives.

  • @gamefreak1000000 ....okay. Thanks for that enlightening point

  • LONG LIVE COMMUNIST ZIMBABWE AND COMMUNIST MUGABE!!!

  • Iceland (before right winger corrupted their system and caused the financial collapse) was almost a perfect society. No poverty, no unemployment, no crime, education for all, no war, NO pollution, they were powered by renewable energy. Why is it people like Savage want to ruin that? Give up all that so he can pay a little less in taxes? Everyone in the country was happy? Unlike america..

  • @coopmuch56 Savage had one thing right. His righteous condemnation of the Bush family, especially W, caused me to have a modicum of respect for him.Otherwise, he is an angry old man. He's gotta be over 65 and therefore on medicare and social sec. I'm sure THAT kind of socialism is fine and dandy. It's just other people's socialism that bothers him and the other lunatic rightists who come to this forum to display their hatred and ignorance. The right has ruined MY country. They can all go to hell.

  • I can't believe this needs to be stated: The amount of money a person has made for himself is a tiny fraction of the wealth he has created overall. If a man creates a business that nets him a billion dollars for himself, then he must have generated 100 billion dollars of wealth for the general economy. What people like this caller don't understand is that restricting what a person can own personally limits the possible benefits to society as a whole. Plus it's immoral.

  • @koyunbaba73 its a reasonable logic but also goes so far to say that if that billion were distrubted among 100 other people.. well then the overall wealth generated would 100 fold. think about it.. what use has money in a bank account while lesser rich people could be using towards further economic development.

  • My god what a dumbass caller

  • wow, he looks like Bryan Cranston more than ever in that pic.

  • This idiot is a flat out Marxist, and he doen't even know it because he's to stupid.

  • @Dealit707 which one? Savage or the caller?

  • Intelligent Socialism = Oxymoron

  • The top 1% own more than 40% of the entire wealth, productivity increasing while wages have decreased since the early 1980's, the average CEO pay compared to an avg worker is 750 to 1, BOFA CEO receives 750 million/y along with bailouts, healthcare cost have increased 10-25%, conservative-fascists want to eliminate Social Security and Medicare by replacing it with tax-cuts to millionaires and billionaires, USA military industrial complex spending increased over 20%; a result of capitalism!

  • @sisque16: What do you care what a CEO makes? Boycott the company he works for if you don't like it. His salary is between him and the shareholders of his company. It's none of your business what he makes. And Social Security is going bankrupt. It's you idiots who want to keep the broken system exactly the way it is. Republicans don't want to abolish those programs, they want to fix them. Military is a result of capitalism? The computer you are typing on is a result of capitalilism, you dope.

  • @tomthefunky I would be surprised if you had half of a brain to comprehend basic literature on mobility in the US compared to other industrialized countries? What is your educational level? I notice all conservatives just know how to call names but can't back up any arguements with facts just their faith..

  • @sisque16: I addressed the points you made, the least you can do is address the points I made. Everything you believe in comes down to the simple, tired old Marxist cliche of class envy. You want to punish the productive class and make them pay for the sins of Government. A rich man's bank account doesn't cause poverty and unemployment. Bad government policy causes those things. And don't give me that shit regarding the right's "faith". At least they aren't willing slaves of state like liberals.

  • @tomthefunky Like I said "faith over facts." Here is a fact and go look it up regarding "a rich man's account...poverty and unemployement." CEO pay has increased over 550 to 1 compared to the average worker, wages has remained stagnate since 1980, while productivity of goods have increased, the top 1% in 1929 and 2008 owns nearly 40% of wealth in the US, what happened in 1929 and 2008? A massive depression where a rich man's account directly increaased poverty and unemployment. (US Labor).

  • @sisque16: And like I said, a CEO's pay isn't any of your goddamn business. Government spending is the problem in this country. You don't want to address that because it's your side who got us into the mess we are in. And the top 1% who "own all the wealth" pay most of the taxes in this country. Besides, you start confiscating more the rich's money, they turn around and hide their money in tax shelters. Then what? What do you do next, genius? What's your Plan B?

  • @tomthefunky The top 1% do not pay more taxes, if you compare a 2 million salary and the average worker salary of 35k per GDP income the average worker pays more than 24% whereas the CEO would pay only 19%. During the 1950-80 taxes were as high as 91%-75% yet on avg the GDP of the US was at 4%, whereas post 1980-now GDP was at 2.9% while taxes were at 28%. These statistics not only contradict your arguement, but futhermore illustrates your lack therof of economic history.

  • @sisque16: And another thing: Goldman Sachs could be dissolved tomorrow, CEO's pay could be drastically cut, and the wealth of the "1%"ers could be entirely confiscated, and it wouldn't do a damn thing to improve the economy.

And next year you are going to march your little ass over to a voting booth and vote for Obama who recieved the largest campaign contributions in history from...wait for it....Wall Street. And George Soros (a Bernie Madoff) is the left's sugar daddy. YOU ARE HYPOCRITS!!

  • @tomthefunky DIdn't vote for Obama, get your facts straight on Goldman sach, it was the UC Schools system that contributed more than goldman sachs...Its great when an accusation is made and I am once again proven right..funny faith versus facts again...test me again and i'll give you another lesson student!

  • @tomthefunky look up Barack Obama Contributions on the website opensecrets

    .Boy don't you feel stupid!!

  • @sisque16: I just checked the website and it informed of his largest donors. Here's a few: Goldman Sachs $1,013,091, JP Morgan Chase $808,799, Citigroup $736,771, GE $529,855, Morgan Stanley $512,232. Those are just a few. No, I don't feel stupid.

  • @tomthefunky lol... the cat is out of the bag.

I knew this guy had an agneda. I believe he might be concealing shame from past sodomy practices also.

In response to his question... confined wealth is destuctive to the greater society. What use is money if no one else has it.

  • @sisque16 That's the facts sis. And how do they respond? In one ear and out the other. Ain't no middle class anymore.

  • @sisque16 Blow it out your ass commie!

  • CUBA ISN'T SOCIALIST! IT'S COMMUNIST! GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!!!

  • @zwillredeye Cuba currently defines itself in its own constitution very clearly it has a socialist agenda, they even made a amendment in 2002 to the constitution to clarify it was a socialist system. sorry you get your facts right

  • @chrisrcowell Ok then, So what's changed recently since the agenda?

  • People with over 30 millions dollars general do a lot of investing to grow the economy and if someone has made that much money than apparently whatever they are doing is pretty big

  • @Vintexen You speak of the economy as if it is some kind of virtuous mechanism when in reality it is a game of organized crime.

  • Rich people always say they "earned it".

  • @RobertMOdell and they didnt? why dont you work hard in your life, then you will be one of those rich people.

  • @RobertMOdell and they didnt? why dont you work hard in your life, then you will be one of those rich people.

  • @Marsdevilsvolta I already DID work hard in my life. Now I have nothing. Working hard in your life gets you nowhere, unless you happen to be one of the lucky few who are not defrauded of their money by supposed "leaders".

  • @RobertMOdell Did you save?

  • @Marsdevilsvolta Working hard and SMART does not make you rich in America. Rather, working hard and unethically and getting lucky enough not to be ruined by the other unethical players at the table is what makes you rich.

  • @RobertMOdell you say someone is "lucky enough to not be ruined by the other unethical players", i would say someone is smart enough to not be ruined by the other unethical players. and by the way who defrauded you? you get madoffed?

  • @Marsdevilsvolta Madoff? No. Henry Paulson and Ben Bernanke? Yes.

  • @Logistica11735 communism doesnt work buddy

  • @Logistica11735 and if people are starving, then y r more than 90% of the poor people in this country overweight or obese?

and what u r proposing to be done has been done by a place called Cuba. look how it turned out.

  • and if people are starving, then y r more than 90% of the poor people in this country overweight or obese?

  • @Logistica11735 ur missing the point. wen u FORCE someone to give their money away, its called STEALING.

wat the hell is wrong with u! its HER money! not urs or anyone else's. thats like saying if u and i were in a class and u get an 'A' and i get an 'F', it wud be fair to giv us both 'C's wtf?

  • @Logistica11735 well of course we need the workin class! thats a given. its just that this topic was talking about the upper class. and theres no reason for paris not to give it up, but if she doesnt want to, forcing her would be anti-amercian, and quite frankly evil. and cutting taxes has been found to help the working class 100% of the time. and btw, im not from the upper class by any means.

  • @Logistica11735 first of all, less than one percent of people inhereit a decent amount of money. and if they did, thats because an ancestor of theirs did and cared enough about their children to leave them what they had. and a limit?? if u put in a limit, not only wud that be communistic, but that wud KILL the economy. the economy depends on the rich. plain and simple. if there is no higher class full of rich people, the economy just wouldnt work.

  • All companies have to expand and create greater profits and thus greater scale economy or they face being consumed or destroyed by their rivals. Success in this area is driven by necessity and desire for personal fortune. A cap on personal fortune is ridiculous. This Black guy should stop thinking about other people's wealth and focus on what he wants to achieve in his life.

  • im fucking sick of savage... his fear mongering ... i used to like it.. but now im sick of it......

  • @andyperkins99 Go to MSNBC then and enjoy....talk about fear mongering.

  • @Gideon6640man lol na... ill just watch cartoons and eat cereal and let the big dawgs worry about politics. LOL ;D

  • Well it's pretty much common knowledge that 30 million dollars is the greed limit LOL

  • okay so Savage talking to an obvious black man and everyone starts whining about the KKK and slavery...

No wonder nothing get's accomplished in the USA... everyone cares more about what happened 300 years ago then the current disasters in the world...

  • The fact that this caller has the same vote as Michael Savage shows you why the US is fucked

  • Snared in every hole he tries to crawl into. Probably searching for as much information as he can get on Executive Directive 51, needs 25 minutes to prepare for me what I already have stored in memory. Waste of time with ignorant neo-socialist ranters like this.

  • Then backtracks and says he was a Christian, when Operation Rabat clearly disproves this.

  • @RightsAndPrivileges Like I said, I don't know. Kidnapping the Pope doesn't make one not Christian.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy I am bothered by cock sucking, nigger lovers like yourself. Who blame whites for all their problems? Every program the U.S. has is to help the struggling nigger from welfare to affirmative action. You are a wigger who would take up the ass from a nigger while your mom is getting fucked up the ass by his crew. I f Obama walked into your shack how long would it take you to drop to you knees and start licking his ass?I love fucking with you because your comebacks are a joke.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Do me a favor and scroll down you are in almost every rant on this page. I bet you have never talked shit to anyone to their face it is always behind a keyboard. You are delusional, uniformed, and uneducated; everything you rant about is not factual and emotionally charged. There are no facts backing anything you say. Stopping watching MSNBC and listening to Hollywood. You fucking wigger piece of shit I love to kick the shit out of you while your mom takes my load up her ass

  • Says he read Mein Kampf, and Hitler was an atheist, when Hitler blatantly states in Mein Kampf:

"By Fighting the Jew, I am doing the work of the Lord."

  • @RightsAndPrivileges LOL, you were the one saying that Hitler was not a Christian. I said I don't know what he was. He said things that indicate him to be an atheist in his table talks. What he said in Mein Kampf contradicted that. Therefore, we don't know. I believe he lied to the German people about being a Christian though. That is my hypothesis.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy LOL, you were the one saying that Hitler was not a Christian

I think given his writings, tactics, and allegiances it's pretty clear what faith he identified most with, if not was an adherent of.

  • @RightsAndPrivileges No, it isn't clear. He made many contradictory statements. What about that can you not understand?

  • @RightsAndPrivileges Hey smart ass - don't end a sentence in SAE with a preposition.

  • And when I asked him a simple question, he collapsed.

  • No, when you asked me your dumb question, I went to bed.

  • To everyone reading this, notice how this liberal played the sideline, poking and prodding, did not bring up a single point, instead forced me to defend mine, and when I did, had nothing to retaliate with but "stupid".

  • @RightsAndPrivileges No one cares.

  • Attacking the person instead of the argument? common fallacy

  • Michael Savage is a dickhead.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Tell me 3 things your boy Obama has done to improve our country? I don't want your liberal double talk with some bullshit emotional non answer. Just answer my question. Let me guess you are either a liberal gay, liberal black, liberal academic, or a young nieve college kid. I bet you are a stupid young unemployed college kid. Who has the time to post all this uneducated bullshit on youtube? YOU DO! GET A FUCKING JOB.

  • Lol, what is that supposed to mean? Tell me anything that the Republicans have done to improve this country. Let me guess, you are a thick-skulled high school graduate like Sean Hannity, right? If you want me to think otherwise, learn how to fucking spell "naive." As for me, I'm gainfully employed. That's all you need to know. What do you do? Are you another so-called graduate student who comes up with thesis papers that are inspired by Glenn Beck's talking points? Tell me so I can laugh.

  • Obama is not "my boy." I don't care what he does. He can do just about anything and he will do it better than the brain dead piece of garbage that inhabited the White House before him. I'll bet you like brain dead pieces of garbage making decisions for you, don't you? The tea party suits you well then.

I don't think you can name one thing the Republicans have done that is positive. You would be a hypocrite to ask me anything before you offer up something positive for your side.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy "I don't think you can name one thing the Republicans have done that is positive"

Lol, well for 1, they ended slavery(Lincoln) and ended the Jim Crowe laws. What have Democrats done? Besides creating the kkk, jim crowe laws, and dropping the atomic bomb on Japan??

  • @orangeblood307 The Democrats passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964. And it is obvious that you are extremely ignorant of history, given that you don't know how different the Republicans of the Civil War were from the ones we know today.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Ohh don't give me that bullshit, heard it many times before. I forgot to mention Martin Luther King was a republican too. I'm not a republican BTW, I just hate the liberal democrat ideology. Democrats are the most racist scum there is. They keep minorities on a leash with welfare and other social programs designed to suppress minorities. Who created the ghetto?? Ohh yeah, that was the dems... And who supports abortion, which was originally designed for minorities?? Just saying.

  • @orangeblood307 Yeah, in your tiny brain, the facts and true history are all just a bunch of "bullshit." Again, Martin Luther King was a Republican at a time when the Republican Party was different. Do you honestly think that the south in the Civil War consisted of a bunch of tree hugging liberals? I'll bet you do.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Lol, do you honestly think the parties just swapped names?? The democratic party has been changing since the 1800s, not the republican party.

  • @orangeblood307 It is because imbeciles like you can vote that we are in such horrible shape as a country right now. Again, look at history. Obviously, political parties change over time. Let me ask you a question...do you think a KKK member is more likely to vote Democrat or Republican? I'm talking about a modern KKK member, not someone from the twenties.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Of course they would vote republican.... That's like asking if a new black panther would vote republican or democrat. All I'm saying is the republican party has NEVER CHANGED. The democratic party did, and they kept evolving throughout the decades, which resulted in more black democrats... White southern democrats saw this, and switched parties simply because it seemed the new democratic policies helped blakcs. I am neither republican or dem.... Both parties have major flaws.

  • @orangeblood307 Never changed, huh? So who do you think those slave owners would have voted for? How about the founders of the KKK back in the 1870's? Are you saying that they changed or that Republicans changed? The Democratic Party did change for the better.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy I'm saying the white southern racists who vote, switched parties, because the democratic party was changing. Just because some racists decided to switch parties, doesn't mean the republican party just changed.... They have always had the same policies and beliefs as they did before, they just added a couple racist shitheads lol. I guess my point is: There are racists in each party, the far left has the new black panthers and the far right has what's left of the KKK.

  • So you agree that the Democratic Party of today is completely and totally different from the one that created the KKK and the Jim Crowe laws, right? Do you agree that your original assertion was false, yes or no?

Do you think that adding "couple racist shitheads" to a party's base changes absolutely nothing regarding who they vote for? Are you saying that the whole south constitutes "a couple racist shitheads?" Name a few similarities between the Republicans of 1860 and the ones of today.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Racists are not the base of republican party, just like tree hugging, free loading hippies aren't the base of the democratic party. That is what is portrayed on television but it's not reality. There is the far right(racist redneck bigots) part of the republican party and there is the far left(racist free loading hippies) part of the dem party.... They're not the majority. In the real world, it's mainly modern dems and modern repubs who make up the majority.

  • @orangeblood307 Explain to me then why the majority of Republicans approve of the known racist Rush Limbaugh. I suppose you approve of him as well, correct?

  • @PoliticsIsComedy What you don't get is that democrats have been racist since they 1st formed, which was part of the reason for the creation of the republican party.... And they're still racist today, minorities are just too dumb to notice dems want more welfare to keep them on a leash, dependent on the government. So honestly I think the dems are just smarter now days with their racism.

How is Rush a racist?? You watch wayyyy too much msnbc. Everything's racist to you liberals.

  • The party that was responsible for the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is fundamentally non-racist. Democrats were racists in 1860, however. The Republicans were formed because the Whig Party, their predecessors, couldn't win elections. Yes, they were originally anti-slavery. But are people who vote Republican today not racists? The Republican Party does everything it can to suppress minorities these days. You sound like a racist given the fact you called minorities "dumb" for voting Democrat.

  • How is "Rush" (I love how you pretend to be a moderate, call him by his first name and then spout right wing garbage) racist? You don't remember his song about Barack Obama from 2007? How about his comments about Donovan McNab? No, sorry, but not everyone makes comments like that. Nothing is racist to you Rush supporters. Nothing.

  • @orangeblood307 OK, so since your new point is the exact opposite of your original one, can you admit you were wrong please?

  • @PoliticsIsComedy No because I'm not.... You said the Republican party changed when it was really the democratic party who changed. So just admit you were wrong or maybe you misspoke.

  • @orangeblood307 But you are wrong. This is what gets to me about morons like you. You never, ever, ever admit that you are wrong. The tea party is blatantly wrong all the time, and they take pride in it. Being stupid and uneducated is a badge of honor among them. I said the Republican Party changed. Maybe you misspoke.

  • @orangeblood307 I'll give you a chance again-explain how the Republican Party of 1860 is the same as the Republican Party today. Additionally, explain how you can say the Republican Party didn't change, but how you can also say that a bunch of racists joined its ranks. I'm waiting. It seems to me you admitted that I was right when you said "a couple racist shitheads" joined the ranks of the Republican Party.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Stop acting like racism doesn't exist in BOTH parties, I know that's hard for you to understand since you've probably been indoctrinated since you popped out the womb. And I stand by my statements that the only party that changed is the Democratic party. The Republican party hasn't changed their political views and values since they were formed, they added a few racists but so did the dems.

  • @orangeblood307 Oh, now you're going to start bitching about how I'm not being fair...boohoo, your side never fights fair. The fact that you stand by your WRONG statement shows what kind of people you are-morons, and proud of it! Tell me where there are "a few racists" who vote Democrat. Name examples. I named the example of Rush Limbaugh for the Republicans. And explain how the tea party is identical to the Republican Party of 1860. I'm waiting.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Well, Al Sharpton, the entire New Black Panther movement, and most of the loons at msnbc are racist. Remember when Catessa from msnbc wished the guy who tried to set off a bomb in times square was a white Christian instead of a muslim? Liberals look at everything racially, therefore, all of you are the true racists.

  • We're not talking about Al Sharpton. I thought you accused Democrats of racism against blacks. You said the Republican Party hasn't changed since 1860. But by your "logic," since the Republican Party was the party of abolishing the slavery of blacks, and since the black panthers are black nationalists, then the Republican Party should be the party of the black panthers, since black panthers wouldn't want to be enslaved. Why not just admit that you're wrong? How many times must I prove you wrong?

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Lol, are you delusional or something? Or maybe just ignorant of history? Again, the democratic party changed, not the republican party. Some dems are still racist today, just like some repubs... Racist bigots make up a small portion of each party. I can tell you're a flaming liberal dem because you look at everything racially.

History shows that the Democratic party has always oppressed minorities, now days they do it with welfare and other social programs. I'm done replying.

  • You still haven't shown me any proof of your ridiculous assertion that the Republican Party hasn't changed at all since 1860. Do you think that Barry Goldwater and Abraham Lincoln are similar in their views? If so, you need to get your head examined. YOU are ignorant, not me. Get that through your head.

  • @orangeblood307 Don't reply anymore, because you will make yourself look like more and more of an idiot. How exactly do social programs oppress people? Only a Republican could be so stupid. I suppose poor whites are being oppressed by those programs too.

  • Let me guess, you are a fake graduate student who plans to go off to a job where you push paper around, aren't you? And let me guess, you sucked the dicks of your male professors to get to where you are? They aren't dumb enough to let you into graduate school for nothing, I know that. Here is my advice for you-instead of writing shitty papers that are nothing but echoes of Glenn Beck's drivel, why don't you go get a real job? You couldn't do the work. A Mexican would blow you over like a leaf.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy I recommend you stop insulting people on the net and pick up a book by the fascists themselves to read them in their own words. It's very easy to get sidelined when you're swallowing texts from academics who are themselves predominantly of the Marxist mindset. Howard Zinn is a revisionist Marxist, yet you probably read his brainwashing in high school and college.

  • I never even knew who Howard Zinn was until you mentioned him. That goes to show how poorly you understand me. Explain to me who he is, since you probably read his books.

There is a difference between Liberals and pure Marxists. Clearly, you can't understand the difference between one, that operates peacefully in the context of the democratic process and the other that believes in the "laws of history."

I recommend you stop talking about what you don't understand. Then no one will insult you.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy My friend, you're so confused that you do yourself a great disservice by even entering into this discussion. All you've done is harp on about a single point which is easily disprovable, attacking anyone as not intelligent if they oppose you. Nationalism is not strictly right-wing. That ends your argument because you have nothing else to use as a foundation for discourse.

  • You are not my friend. Let's get that straight up front. You've done everyone a great disservice by expressing your opinions, which are rubbish. You lower the I.Q. of anyone reading your comments. I don't think you understand where I am coming from. I am saying that Fascism is clearly a right-wing movement. Your kind is afraid of this, so you try desperately to label us as Fascists. And though it is not the foundation of my argument (you were wrong, as usual), it can be defined as a form of

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Fascism is a right-wing movement that originates and is well-rooted in left-wing fanaticism. If you consider Hitler a fascist, he gained political power running on the platform of social reform, of an equal state with "no castes or classes". His dictatorship, mobilization, and trans-national aggresion (facilitated by liberals like Neville Chamberlain) came after the fact. Almost every ideology that has stemmed from the left-wing from Prohibition down to Affirmitive Action has

  • @RightsAndPrivileges At least you are educated enough to admit that Fascism is a right wing movement that was influenced by left wing ideas.

  • @TheGeekyNinjaStudios national preservation. Preservation of tradition and order is right-wing according to the paradigm of left and right as we know. That paradigm is perhaps outdated, but according to that paradigm Fascism is right wing. You could say that Socialism could be right wing, because every political philosophy has some right wing elements.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy failed in every regard. Every economical or political system that originates or has roots in left-wing ideology (socialism, communism, to a certain extent fascism) has, with history as its witness, not only failed but proven counter-intuitive toward the "greater goals" of the nation. Over 20% of Cambodia's population was executed under Pol Pot's socialist regime, over 100 million Russians perished under Stalin's Communist regime,

  • @RightsAndPrivileges Define success and failure first. And define what is a "right wing" or a "left wing" society. I could point out how ineffective medieval feudalism was. By today's standards, it would be considered right wing.

Capitalism without proper restraint was also never very successful. Just look at the conditions of the Industrial Revolution. Millions died as a result of Hitler's extreme right wing ideas. Had Hitler lived as Stalin did, he would have done worse.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Considering Prohibition created the organized crime aspect of American society, and more people were murdered during it's short-lived reign then before it, I would deem it a failure, as would many constitutional scholars. As for Affirmative action, the idea speaks for itself. How do you solve racism? Simple: Use more racism.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Lol are you using the Industrial Revolution as an example of a capitalist economy? The Industrial Revolution was a time of creation, brought on by technological ideas that would be illegal in a communist/socialist state. To argue that the Industrial Revolution was some negative aspect of history, let alone a capitalistic one, is lunacy. You want to focus on the exploitation of workers? We can focus on the exploitation of women in Hitler's socialist state.

  • @RightsAndPrivileges Again, tell me with a straight face that the condition of most of humanity living in the industrial revolution improved. Read Charles Dickens.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Read Charles Dickens? Read Friedrich Hayek.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy How many women were kicked out of their jobs and forced to go home to allow men who may not only have been not qualified, but inefficient at their labor to occupy these positions? How many Jews were not only assaulted and arrested, but deported as a result of a conspiratorial claim with no concrete basis?

  • Yet you have the nerve to sit here and whine to other people about jobs? Go do the dirty work of fixing power lines, stocking groceries, fixing plumbing lines, washing dishes, and sweat for years before you tell anyone to "get a job" and before you talk to anyone about unemployment or working hard. You don't work hard. You mooch (or mooched once upon a time) off of your parents. How can you complain about people on welfare?

  • @Grendo147 Lol, the "right direction..." Maybe you need ME to point YOU in the right direction. Go back to grad school, first of all, and write a real thesis. And go read up a little more on Winston Churchill, Mr. Edgymucation.

  • BAHHAHAH fucking Pwned.

  • Savage owned this fucking retard.

  • @Grendo147 I know that plenty of people liked Hitler and Mussolini before WW2. Churchill loved Mussolini. Does that make him, an admired figure among American Conservatives, a Fascist? It doesn't mean anything. The Reagan administration was buddies with Saddam in the eighties.

  • @Grendo147 Well, Lenin didn't phrase what he meant correctly, so idiots like you misinterpret it. I explained why in a previous comment.

  • @Grendo147 What is there to learn? I learned how piss-poor our graduate schools are in this country, and that if I want to write a thesis, I can get an idea for it off of the Rush Limbaugh show.

  • @Grendo147 That proves nothing. So what if they praised him initially? They were ultimately enemies. Hitler also praised the extermination of the Native Americans and the enslavement of blacks. Does that make us Nazis?

  • LOL, that is why Mussolini left the monarch intact and the Bolsheviks made sure to wipe every trace of it out. Right...right...and 2+2=5 because Rush Limbaugh told you.

Totalitarianism is all over the place. Saying that both were "statist" doesn't prove jack shit.

"Your kind" is whiny and bitch and tired of being labeled Fascist, as you should be. So Jonah Goldberg went and wrote a deceptive book to make you bitches feel better...awwww......

  • Thank me for pointing out to you that the sky is blue instead of trying to make me thank you for you imparting your ideas to me, ideas that came from a thorough brainwashing.

Do you mean to say that thesis papers these days mean so little that the opinions of pompous airheads who listen to Glenn Beck and Hannity are actually valued as intellectually useful? Education sure as Hell doesn't mean what it used to mean, that's for sure.

Had you read what I told that moron, you would know all that.

  • @Grendo147 Ignorance? What do you have, a high-school education along with some brainwashing from Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, and Jonah Goldberg?

Are you going to try and say that Libertarians are related to Classical Liberals? I would agree with that. But Republicans are like Fascists mixed with Classical Liberals.

I explained to the fool who agrees with you about the French Revolution. As Savage would say to you, I will eat you up like a bonbon.

  • If it was a twin, they why would it compete with a philosophy just like it? Clearly, they had similarities. The Communists labeled it as right-wing because it was a reaction to the radical changes brought on by Communism. In case you never knew this, there is a reason "reactionaries" are considered to be the right-wing form of radicals.Fascism is not the exact same, but it is completely similar and related to American Conservatism, because both are right-wing.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy You are once again confusing two separate aspects of government, one being ideology and the other being a form of government.Fascism is the rule of one party or individual, without exception. There are manifestations of this as right-leaning (Pinochet) and left leaning (Saddam and Gaddafi). Socialism has always pared with fascism to a certain extent, so pretending they are mutually exclusive shows great ignorance.

  • @TheGeekyNinjaStudios You have no earthly idea what Fascism is. In fact, I'm not sure anyone knows what it means. But we know it isn't simple dictatorship as you define it. What you are saying is no better than trying to say that totalitarianism is left-wing, like moron number one below. Describe Saddam and Gaddhafi as left wing. I'll give you the fact that they believe in some left wing ideas, but clearly they are Nationalists above all else.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy You are confusing two separate dynamics once again. Nationalism is not necessarily fascist or communist; it simply puts the state and its interests first. Chavez and Ollanta Humala could well be described as nationalists, though hardly of the Right. How was Stalinism not totalitarian? Like the Nazism, it was a party system for one person until they died or lost power and then transferred command to another party leader.

  • Nationalism puts a nation's interests first, not a state's. Nationalists who react to our Imperialism are left wing to us, but right wing in their political context.

Like I said above, Communism (Stalinism) and Nazism were both authoritarian and totalitarian. The similarities mostly END THERE.

  • @TheGeekyNinjaStudios Pared? Lol, no, Socialism does not "pair" with Fascism. Socialists don't upset the democratic process most of the time, for one thing. No one said they were mutually exclusive, because that is like saying that Conservatives and Liberals in America have ZERO common ground. Clearly, they are opposed to one another. The fact that you don't know that shows your astounding ignorance of history.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Socialism comes in different varieties if you study history, though most frequently with a nationalist element to it. And your statement about the democratic process is patently false, considering characters like Chavez and Milosevic. Both Chavez, Hitler, Mussolini, and Milosevic nationalized corporations and formed federal labor unions to gain post-communist support, hardly free market or conservative economics.

  • Anti-Imperialist Socialism, like you see in Venezuela, is clearly a Nationalist reaction to American influence. It is thus NOT real Socialism, as Socialism is not Nationalistic. Chavez would not have become a Socialist had he not opposed the United States. Socialists in Europe most certainly have worked with the democratic process. "Both"...lol...none of those guys were Socialist.

Your definition of Conservatism is limited to an American context. This shows great ignorance.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy More insults as usual. Ollanta Humala and Slobodan Milosevic both belong to the nationalist and socialist column. I'm not going to keep explaining to you history that you ignore.

  • @TheGeekyNinjaStudios Insults? I'm telling you the painful truth. You are a parrot for vitriolic, right wing radio shows who desperately don't want to be seen as Fascist. I'll tell you what parrot, how about I give you a cracker and you copy what I say instead. OK? I'm going to keep explaining and drowning out your I.Q. lowering drivel.

  • Don't judge those guys from an American political perspective. This is why you are so stupid to think that Hitler was left wing. To them, right wing was not "free market" or "Conservative" economics.

  • @TheGeekyNinjaStudios So anyway, those things I pointed out are some elements of what I believe. Sorry if it isn't well organized. It is all off the top of my head.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy your a pathetic little dick piece of shit. Do you spend your whole day on youtube? Why don't you stop typing and get a fucking job? You are a typical angry liberal. I bet you are 5 ft 1 and 100 lbs and still a virgin. You are a typical liberal. You never answer a question. I bet you believe in taxation, distribution of wealth. and affirmative action. I bet you have never been around blacks or any type of ethnic group your entire young live. Your MOM should of swallowed.

  • No, I don't spend my whole day on youtube. As I said, I am gainfully employed. You seem to be having your period...I'm sorry, but that isn't my fault. You are a typical right wing moron. You never answered any of my questions. Why should I answer your questions if you are scared to answer mine? I believe you should be taxed because all you've done is mooch off of your parents, yet you complain about people on welfare. Nixon was responsible for affirmative action. I have quite a few black friends

  • @screendoor Your MOM should "of" spit you out into a paper towel only to crumple it up and throw it in the garbage, because she was probably too drunk to know that she was with some needle-dicked pervert that night who would pollute the genes of humanity with you.

  • .@PoliticsIsComedy You are a waste of my time. Your DADDY should have swallowed. I am sorry you are 4 ft 2 and 80lbs and still a virgin. Maybe you can pay your mom to suck your little dick. We can go back and forth forever. You know and I know your rants are uneducated and boring. You are a sad angry lonely liberal who gets off on YouTube. I bet you have never confronted anyone in the real world. I am done with you.

  • Do I piss you off? Do I make you PMS whenever I speak? It's easy to make conservatives mad. Why? Because inside every one of them is a whiny, indignant little bitch. You are deeply afraid of minorities, gays, or anyone who is different from you, and your fear comes out as bitchy anger. You throw temper tantrums like children, as we see the tea party doing right now. Go cry for the oil companies when they lose their subsidies. The poor things might make a few billion less this year...boohoo.

  • You are not only a waste of my time, but you are a waste of your parents' money, air, water, and other resources that I or others with IQ's over 80 could be using. You have psychological insecurities about size. The fact is, I am probably taller than you. Your DADDY should have resisted the urge to sleep with his maid who had down syndrome that night. And you are a virgin, because no woman would sleep someone who is mentally disabled except your mother with down syndrome. I confront people all

  • the time. I work for what I get and I don't get handouts from my parents. You and I know that you hate my commentary because vicious retards get angry at what they don't understand. You and I know that you know nothing about politics. You are a sad little man living with your retarded mother and her parents on a disability check. I'm done with you. Go back to playing in traffic...weed yourself out.

  • @Grendo147 Exactly right. He was a Nationalist before he was a Socialist. Thus, Mussolini can only be described as right-wing. American Conservatives are also Nationalists.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Your grasp of politics is stylish and yet internally very simplistic. Nationalism is not a political extreme as much as it is an ideology to implement an extreme. Tying nationalist views to the Right is ignoring the influence of the Bolivarian Nationalism which has swept South America as a more fervently left-leaning movement.

  • Stylish? Three morons (including you) from the common herd have attacked me on here, yet my view of politics is stylish? I wish. You don't even know what my political views are. Certainly anti-Imperialist Nationalism is left-wing from our perspective. But if it involves a preservation of their culture, surely it is right-wing to them, isn't it? The right-wing is always tied to the preservation of an old order, or a reaction to a new order. This is a basic concept you fail to grasp.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Well that is the obvious problem. You come on here without explaining yourself and yet you are arguing as though everyone knows who you are and what you've written. "Common herd?" And what would that make you? Of course we don't know, as you argue from a leftist socialist perspective and then attack anyone who links you to that side. It is unbecoming of an intellectual to hide their own views and then act as though whatever you say is the sainted truth.

  • What does it make me? All I'm doing is trying to help fools like you where your fifth grade teacher failed you. Yes, you are "the common herd." The common herd is stupid, and if someone tells them to believe that the sky is green or that Nazism and American Liberalism are similar, then they believe it. It does not make me a leftist if I believe that the sky is blue or (the truth) that Nazism is right wing.

  • I may be an asswipe, but I will explain my political views. Your request was not unreasonable. I'd also appreciate it if you explain yours, though I can already guess.

If you had to define me by party, I would say I am an Independent and not a Democrat. I am left leaning though. I have some things I am right wing on, though there are less issues that I am. On economics I'm in the middle. I think this president doesn't know jack about economics, and Bush knew less.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy I never called you an asswipe, so I guess that's how you characterize yourself. Really this is a pointless exercise because you want to be everyman in this discussion for fear of being associated with socialism. Either embrace it or remain an insecure "independent" but stop wasting my time in an argument where you're afraid of your own ideology.

  • You don't have a fucking clue what Socialism is. Define it for me. I'll bet you don't know. It's nothing but a scare word thrown around by idiots like you. I am a fucking independent, and if you don't like that independents think you are a moron, then tough shit. You are wasting my time, the world's water, America's taxes, and the world's air. Stop wasting it, and stop being afraid of being a Fascist. Conservatives here are Fascists, but they're afraid to say it. So they call us Fascists.

  • I'm a product of the American political scene, and as such I constantly question all forms of authority. I think the Republicans are completely wrong to allow corporations and rich people to run amok. To me, that is no different from letting government do the same, which Conservatives are supposedly against. Obviously, they will abuse their power.

Sadly, I see people all around with their heart in the right place. They have the right attitude, but they are too stupid and ignorant. The tea

  • party supporters are an example. The tea party is a fraud and people who identify with it have been deceived. Limiting government doesn't free you from people with a lot of money and power. People with a lot of money and power are behind the tea party.

As for the Democrats, they aren't as stupid, but they clearly don't give a fuck about this country. Obama is uncreative and clumsy if you ask me. But I think he is better than Bush. Anyone would be.

  • Instead of restoring belief in this country, which he could have done easily as the first black president, Obama ignored his potential for doing that. Instead he allowed the hopelessness to continue. The tea party seized on a desire to believe in something as a result of Obama's dumb actions. They may deliver hope for some people, but to me they simply make me believe less. I expected Obama to correct what Bush did. Instead, he pursued his own worthless agenda because he never gave a shit.

  • He got rid of the space shuttle and has, until now late in his term, refused to fight Republicans and fix what Bush did. He believes in the same tired Keynesian horse shit that Bush did, and he will never fix the economy because he knows nothing about economics. Instead all he can do is spend money on stupid things like the stimulus, which I knew very well would never do shit.

Had he fought for America, he could have buried the Republican Party forever. That is what I wanted.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy Well you've written a semi-inspiring piece right here, and said nothing at all of value. You defend socialism in its historical context yet you attack it at the same time. This shows you are insecure about your political views and so you cling to the independent label for fear of sounding too defined. This is why the argument has gotten nowhere, because you are afraid of your own beliefs.

  • @TheGeekyNinjaStudios Where did I say anything about Socialism? The only way Socialism entered your head is because you are a parrot who listened to Glenn Beck put it there. This conversation does not center around Socialism. Drop it. The fact that you label me a Socialist demonstrates your insecurities. You are afraid of us calling you a Fascist. We have more room to call you that than you have to call anyone a Marxist or a Socialist. And Socialists in Europe aren't even bad.

  • His justice department spent political capital fighting an immigration law that may be unconstitutional, but that they shouldn't care about. He spent all his political capital on health care when he should have done it on going after those who fucked up the economy. So yeah, he doesn't give a fuck about this country and I wanted someone who did to fix the mess that Bush left us in.

  • On social issues I am left wing. On foreign policy I have my own views, but I am neither a pacifist or a non-interventionist. I think we spend way too much effort fighting international terrorism though. I believe in global warming because there are legions of scientists who say it exists. Rush Limbaugh is a retard and no one should believe him over scientists. I believe in market economics. I don't think many people, including Obama, really understands it. Neither do you tea partiers though.

  • @PoliticsIsComedy You use the word "retard?" That's pretty pathetic for a would-be intellectual.

  • @TheGeekyNinjaStudios Yeah. It describes you well. You are a retard. You should be glad that the government is nice enough to give money to retarded people. Don't bitch about handouts. Take advantage of them. You need them badly.

  • I know he was a Socialist. But like I said, he left the monarchy intact, didn't persecute religion or the upper class, and engaged in Imperialism in Ethiopia. All those things are right wing. And since any Socialism in Fascism built upon Nationalism, this was ultimately a right-wing philosophy. American Conservatism has many similarities, like Nationalism and Militarism, as well as a strong religious component. This is because both American Conservatism and Fascism were reactions to Communism.
