Does this happen to be the studio furnished apartment at the trinity plaza in sf? Cause i wanted to look into the trinity(seeing what the studio etc looked like) and for the price they gave you, were all the utilities payed for as well? Also i would love to know your opinion of the place, was it worth the price etc.(would love to know how much you payed for it as well!) thanks for all your help, much appreciated!
@LastFirstKiss24 Yep, it is Trinity Plaza. Water is paid for, but electricity and internet are separate. I was paying $1144 when I last left, but I know they usually increase rent often for new tenants. I think it's pretty worth it. You get your own space, the area is close to all the cool spots (downtown/union square/haight/etc), and it's pre-furnished. The area is in the ghetto however and the staff is hard to work with sometimes. I lived there for a year, I thought it was ok.
